The house was very nice, with a few exceptions. Running just a toaster and microwave tripped the breaker and the owner did not know where the breaker box was. There were plenty of linens, but not enough paper towels and toilet paper (also it was awful toilet paper). The water was scalding hot whenever the hot was barely on. The heat was very uneven. Bedrooms were many degrees higher than it was set for at night--80F vs 70F.At the time of booking, the listing for the type of beds was not accurate, but the owner confirmed the correct types. Furniture was in good condition, and the house was very clean. It is also a beautiful neighborhood.

Great stay in an amazing location

We love flagstaff ranch this place was perfect for our stay. Right next to the clubhouse and golf course. Everything went perfectly as planned. Easy working with the property manage and instructions were perfectly laid out.

Fun family getaway

Great location directly across from Community Center. My grandkids enjoyed bball, pool, pickleball, and workout center! Vey safe to let the kids go back and forth! Would definitely stay again. Comfortable for 6 people!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Fully equipped with all the amenities needed to make for a comfortable stay. It was a great location for visits to Sedona and the Grand Canyon.

House was clean and handsomely appointed. Bed and bed linens were very comfortable, so much so had to look up manufacturer of the linens!! Nice location in a lovely community. Entire visit went very well with no issues. Would recommend.

Amazing Cabin!

We rented this VRBO for our two sons’ NAU graduations. This cabin was beautiful, spotlessly clean and well equipped. A bit outside of town, but that adds to the relaxed vibe that you get when sitting on the wrap around porch. We will rent this one again!

BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY

Property not ready for check-in on time, not properly cleaned, no view as advertised, bathrooms not safe, not adequate or fully working seating in living room, dining room chairs caved in and uncomfortable, walls in dining room gouged and scraped, many electric outlets do not work (I am on oxygen 24/7. After having unit on charge all night I had no oxygen in morning), no safety bars in bathrooms, toilet seats are loose and dangerous. Four had to use one toilet and one shower, feces in garage, garbage on floor in one bedroom, no dressers or places to put anything in bedrooms. Bed so high in one had to use a step stool to get in bed. No garage opener -one person had to get out in thunder and rain storm to go in to house to open garage. House is cheaply, poorly and sparsely furnished and decorated. I got very sick from weather and oxygen problems, and we had to leave early.. It took from July until November to get partial insurance refund for unused portion. I would rate this property a two at best.

Clean, comfortable and great location!

This is one of the cleanest, well stocked vacation rentals I've stayed at. Great layout, we had 2 NAU students, and 3 other adults and it was plenty of space. The home is stocked with shampoos, conditioners, body soap, and kitchen items. You truly just need to bring clothes and food. The location was convenient to NAU but outside the hustle of town. Beautiful, quiet area. We loved spending time with our girls here!

Excellent experience for first time user.

Outstanding property. My first VRBO rental so I was a little nervous, but everything was great. Would recommend this property to anyone. Only issue might be that the neighborhood is very clean and quite, so loud, boisterous groups might want to look elsewhere. I would defiantly come back.

Great Stay

Home was very nice and comfortable. Spent two night s, just two of us and home was big enough. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen stocked well, overall very nice. Could be furnished in the living room a little better, if you have a bigger party, might be a stretch to fit everyone in there. Also, no privacy in back yard, another home sits about 50 feet away, but a few seats to sit on in front, and right across the street from the pool and rec center.

Awesome House

Wow!! Wow! This house is georgous. The Golf Course Private Community is beyond beautiful. This house is completely loaded with almost anything that you might need to make your stay comfortable, you can literally just bring your clothes food and enjoy your stay. You can even cook fancy meals with no problem at all. Just be aware that you might fall in love with this place. Just like we did! Thank you for everything! P.S The pictures on the website do not justify the beauty of this place.

Very nice area

Our overall stay was good, however, the seating in the living room was very limited to 6 people, one loveseat and couch. The lack of lighting in the living room was an issue as well, no lamps for reading. It’s a very nice area and to far from the Grand Canyon.

Spotless property in great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Flagstaff Ranch. We received all check in information (passwords, key location, etc.) prior to our arrival and were able to check in quickly at the gate. The house was exactly as described and had more than enough room for my husband and I and our two children. The bathrooms were well stocked with soaps, shampoo, etc and the master bath even had bubble bath and candles for the huge jetted soaker tub. The kitchen had all essential items that we needed to prepare meals and the host had cooler bags that we were able to utilize to pack sandwiches and other picnic items for our adventures out during the day. The neighborhood was very quiet - we enjoyed some evening walks/runs through the neighborhood and enjoyed looking at the homes and were quite happy, given the ongoing pandemic, to be away from the crowds in Phoenix/Scottsdale. The location couldn't be beat as it was just a short drive to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, the Petrified Forest, Sunset crater- we were able to visit more parks than we expected! The owner was easily reached via email though we didn't encounter any difficulties during our stay. We highly recommend this property for a family vacation and hope to come back again in warmer weather to take advantage of the amenities (golf course, pool) offered in the neighbordhood.
