The Space:

Inside, a spacious living area greets you with plush seating, a cozy fireplace, and a 65-inch Samsung Frame TV with streaming services, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Large windows frame the pine-dotted landscape, bringing nature's tranquility indoors.



The gourmet kitchen awaits your culinary creations, complete with a Nespresso Vertuo offering complimentary Starbucks pods and a full array of stainless steel appliances. The adjoining dining area, set beneath a rustic chandelier, hosts ten comfortably for your shared meals.



Your master suite promises restful sleep beneath 1,200-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets on a king-sized bed, with its en-suite offering spa-like indulgence. Four additional bedrooms provide similar luxury; three king-sized beds and a queen, all crafted for peaceful slumbers. An extra queen air mattress and pack n play accommodate larger groups with ease. Spacious bathrooms come stocked with lush towels and premium toiletries.

Please note that this is the lower level of a two-story duplex. Both levels can be rented separately or together. Please reach out if you're interested in renting the entire home. The interior staircase connecting the two spaces is only accessible when both units are booked by the same group.



As with most homes in Flagstaff, this property is not equipped with central air conditioning. A portable A/C unit and fans are provided for guest comfort.



The home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Please plan to purchase additional supplies as needed for the remainder of your stay.



Guest Access:

Essentials include keyless entry for hassle-free check-in, free parking with designated spots in the garage and driveway, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home.



Entry is keyless for smooth, contactless check-in at any hour.



Please note that only three vehicles are permitted on the right side of the driveway, with one car allowed in the garage. No RVs, travel trailers, or oversized vehicles are permitted on the property.



Guests have full access to the lower level of the home during their stay.

Only 30 minutes from Arizona Snowbowl and an hour and a half from the Grand Canyon, our home is ideally positioned for exploring the very best Northern Arizona has to offer.



We value our quiet and friendly neighborhood. Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or driving your personal vehicle as there is limited public transportation in Flagstaff.



A personal vehicle or rental car is strongly recommended, as Flagstaff has limited public transportation options.



Just a 30 minute drive for a day trip at Snowbowl Ski Patrol and an hour and a half to visit the Grand Canyon.
