It's a really nice place with everything you need to stay for a while (i.e. laundry machines, full kitchen, etc.)! We stayed for a week during the summer months to get out of the Phoenix heat. The location is nice, we were initially worried about it possibly being right on a roadway but this particular booking is nestled in the back a bit more which was really nice.
The full backyard was large and great for our dogs to roam as well!
The living room was large enough for us all to sprawl out and relax, the front porch was nice to relax outside while it rained, the beds were comfy to sleep in at night as well!
The only thing we weren't really expecting was the charcoal BBQ, instead of a gas/propane BBQ.
Overall the experience was great. Our only major issue was the sheer number of bugs that we discovered during our week stay.
I will say it was the summer, which is an active time for spiders, but we had an infant so it scared us to find more than 6 large spiders (roughly dime to [sometimes] quarter in size), and 4 extremely large ants (roughly 2 inches in length) most of which were in our bedroom! This led us to believe the house might be poorly sealed from the outside. There was a hole in the bedroom where we assumed bugs were coming in from, but this is only speculation.
Other than that, the place is really nice, the host was quick to respond to any questions we had, and the location was great!
