The kitchen was recently remodeled and fully stocked with pots, pans, and dishes for your cooking convenience.

In the living room, you'll find well organized sitting space, 3 comfortable chairs, and a sofa. On the wall hangs a large TV, hooked up with Hulu and Prime Video instead of cable. It is the perfect place to relax, kick back, and enjoy some R&R!

The Master Bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of closet space for all your gear.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of space to blow up an air mattress if you need room for an extra person.

The third bedroom has a full bed with a cooling memory foam topper and access to the backyard.

The backyard is mostly dirt, but has an outdoor table for outdoor dining on a cool summer evening.

Towels and linens are all provided for our guests, along with extra towels. Guests are also welcome to use our on-site washer and dryer, at no additional charge.

The dining room table is in the kitchen area, and ready to host your group for meals or game nights.

There is enough room for 4 cars in the driveway and plenty of street parking.

Flagstaff is a hub for freight trains. Tracks run through all areas of town. While horns are only blown during an emergency, you may be able to hear a train passing by from time to time.
