Very clean and cozy casita in a nice neighborhood. It is attached to a main house, but this was no an issue at all. It was absolutely perfect and I hope to book again soon!

Clean and felt well accommodated. I would caution those that have security as a priority. Sliding door is used for main entry and doesnt have great locking feature. But neighborhood seemed really safe.

Charming casita, nice location. Convenient parking and access, easy to find. Interior finishes are very well done, and the unit is well appointed with lots of extra blankets and pillows, coffee and kitchen supplies. It was perfect for our needs, and would definitely stay again.

Awesome stay!! She was very accommodating even with my last minute addition/adjustment to my stay. Pet friendly which is amazing! If I had to complain about something is the barn door on the bathroom didn’t provide the best privacy but that is me being nitpicking. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

On the hottest day of the year we arrived with the ac turned off. The room was very hot and we had to sit on front of the portable ac unit to get any relief. Definitely did not do anything for the bedroom. The fan in the bedroom only blew the hot air around. About midnight it was cool enough to be comfortable. We left the ac on all day the next day and it kept the rental comfortable enough.The west facing window has a blind that does not completely cover the window because of the portable ac unit being vented through the window, letting the hot sun shine in. Also no privacy.For heating there is no thermostat, I assume it is in the house so you have no control over the temperature.Absolutely no place to hang any clothes any where. No closet.The bed is so tall we had to go buy a stool so my wife could get into the bed. We are average height people but on the elderly side.The few electrical outlets are not conveniently placed. Nothing near the bed.This is a converted garage that was nicely done except for the items mentioned above. There was toilet paper, paper towels and even coffee (although we did not use). The tvs seemed to work but we are not tv watchers. The wifi worked very well.

The location was excellent and the apartment was clean. The bedroom and bath were perfect; however the living room was not comfortable. We were there during a very hot time and the air conditioner was not capable of cooling both rooms.

Long Weekend Stay

The property is exactly as described in the listing and the photos are spot on. The location is great and only a 5 minute drive from downtown. Very quiet and safe neighborhood! The couch is a little uncomfortable. The backroom can get warm, but the host provides you with a fan. Overall, a great stay and would stay here again!

Cozy and Comfortable

Our stay was a great experience overall! Location was easy to find, and it was extremely comfortable. We did wish there was an option for AC in the bedroom, the living room has a window unit, but it did not reach the room. We used fans, but still got really warm. The bathroom also has a light fixture that was not workikg well and I think that could be replaced/ repaired. Aside from those small thjngs, it was amazing and we had an awesome time!

Cute place

The price was better than a hotel room. It was spacious and overall nice.The bed was firm whether that's a pro or con depends on you. The futon was uncomfortable as others have mentioned but was sufficient for a kid bed. There was no bedding for the futon but luckily we did think to bring some. Check in was super simple.

Lovely

This casita is in a very quiet , well kept neighborhood. Easy to check in and out. Everything that you need is on site. Stores and food are nearby. Host communicates in a timely fashion. Will definitely book again if in the Flagstaff area.
