Looking for a great home away from home?

Quiet neighborhood, located 5 minutes away from NAU, which was very convenient for us because we were visiting my son at NAU. The location is 5 minutes away from Target, Walmart, and couple of grocery store options. The home is very spacious, and included all the amenities to make you feel comfortable during your visit! Mike, the property manager, was only a text away and he made sure that our access for check in was very easy! Great place to make you feel home away from home!

Clean, spacious and cozy getaway

My family really enjoyed our stay at this house, it is in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of Ponderosa Pines and nearby hiking trail. The house was clean and well furnished, making an all around enjoyable experience.

Wonderful in every way

Mike's home was the best vacation rental home we've stayed at. Super clean, beautiful, well appointed, great quiet neighborhood, and all the amenities and little things you'd ever need. Felt like a brand new home. Not to mention that communicating with Mike was a breeze - prompt, accommodating and friendly. Especially loved the clean crisp linens on every bed and fresh thick white towels throughout the house that reminded us of home. The unseasonably hot weather (low to mid 90s) in early July did make it a bit hard to keep the house cool during the day without A/C, but the multiple ceiling fans and opening the windows at night definitely helped. Would highly recommend Mike's home!

Superb Host and Beautiful Surroundings

What a great place for a group. There were 7 of us and the house was roomy and comfortable for everyone. Nice outdoor living amenities. The house is super clean, close enough to anything you need but just far enough out of town to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Will stay again!

Great stay!

Perfect base for visiting the Grand Canyon and exploring the Flagstaff area. The location was very convenient and a great launch point for all that Flagstaff has to offer. The house had everything we needed (and more!). Communication was excellent. Can’t say enough great things about our trip and the stay it was fantastic!!!

Great cozy home

We loved our stay at this property. Large space with cozy fireplace and a full stocked kitchen for cooking meals. Kids loved playing all the games and using the books. There’s so much to do in the area we made it to Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest, Antelope Canyon and so many other national monuments. Host is very responsive.

Perfect location for our family trip

This house was perfect for our family trip to Arizona. Michael was responsive to all of our questions and the location was a great home base for our visits to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. We loved every minute of our trip and would definitely stay here again if future plans take us to Flagstaff.

Fantastic Home and Location

This was our first time renting through VRBO and we could not have been more satisfied. The owner was very communicative during the entire process. The location of the home in respect to both Flagstaff and Sedona was ideal. The home worked very well for my family of four and could have easily accommodated more people. We could not have been more pleased. Flagstaff is a beautiful city and this part of the United States is a place everyone should see in their lifetime.

Outstanding

There are so many wonderful things to say about this home AND the homeowner. Everything needed for our stay was waiting there for us. We have stayed at may VRBO properties and this one just amazed us! The kitchen has everything from Crock pots to Ninjas to coffee makers to all utensils, pots and pans, dishes, glasses etc etc. There is no need to bring anything-its all there for you. The house is immaculate-clean, fresh, just like you are walking into a new home. The beds are comfortable, plenty of linens everywhere you look, towels, extra sheets, blankets and pillows. The view from the front of the house is wonderful- spent time looking at the tall pines and views of the trail system (right across the street). From the back patio you are surrounded by tall pines-our favorite part was listening to the wind blowing thru the trees. Even the garage was wonderfully clean and stocked with all kind of "Fun" things from the bikes, to the tubes for the lake, to kayaks to a pin ball table to a portable crib for babies. The location of the house is also a "plus". It is in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood and is very close to 89A, I17, Lake Mary and the city of Flagstaff. As for the homeowner- we have never experienced someone as professional as Mike. From the start his communication was excellent. He responded to any questions immediately. He is a man of integrity and we have the utmost respect and gratitude for all the he is and did for us while we were there. This is a one of a kind perfect home and we will be returning for many years to come.

This is a beautiful property

This property as all conveniences for a comfortable stay. We used the wi fi and direct TV. There was all kinds of appliances and condiments in fridge. There was plenty room for guests to spread out. It is well worth every penny. Thank you Mike!!

This was a great rental experience from start to finish. Mike is super communicative and responsive, the property is exactly as listed and super clean, and the area is beautiful. Best Experience Ever!

This is our second time staying at this property. We just adore this home and all the amenities from the corn hole to the fully stocked kitchen ! Mike is fantastic and we felt fully prepared with his communication and expectations. As a runner there are trails right from the home and my kids beat me at foozball daily. Thank you fir opening your home to us. We can’t wait to come back !

Great Place

This property had everything! It totally exceeded expectations. We have used VRBO several times over the past few years. This place was lovely and I would give it a rating of 10, if that was possible. The owner was accommodating and helpful. It was so enjoyable and easy staying there that we were sorry to leave. Wonderful experience!

We loved this home! It was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for our family of two adults and three children. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood but close to shops and downtown Flagstaff. We loved the trail we could access right across the street from the home. The manager was very responsive to the couple of questions we had. We hope we can stay here again!

Dream Home

We absolutely loved staying in this home. It is beautiful, modern, decorated lovely and I felt at home here. My kids loved cornhole and frisbee golf. The location allowed for running and hiking the trails. Lake Mary was awesome and so close. We were close to town which was great. Mike was excellent to work with. I would love to stay here again and hope to in the future.
