"This place was immaculate. You could have eaten off the floor. It was that clean. The beds were super comfy, nice sheets and brand new towels in the bathrooms. Plenty of parking and very easy access to get into the house. The outside space in the back was very nice. This house exceeded our expectations in many ways. We just wanted to be close to the Pictona Pickleball facility, which was less than a mile away and this house was a huge plus. We will definitely stay again when we come up to...

"Fenced in backyard perfect for our dog. The beach is a 5 minute walk. The house is clean and decorated in a very fun manner. Martie, our host, is readily available and does a great job explaining house details. This was our second year and we hope to make it back next year."

Toilet paper-paper towels-shampoo-conditioner- bath soap- extra trash bags- salt-pepper-list goes on. Just a little walk to beach and local restaurants. Enjoy the deck (private). Excellent vacation! "The location is perfectly walkable to anywhere on Flagler Beach that you want to go. We had our dog, so it is a bit of a hike to get to dog beach. Walked it once, then drove the other times. Weather was miserable, so it was important to us to have so many restaurants nearby."

"Great location. Beautiful, clean house with gorgeous view. Great for a big family or for four couples. Not comfortable for the elderly people for now, until the access to the beach is rebuilt. Everything we needed in the house for our stay was provided. Would be nice if a beach umbrella and beach chairs were available. The property caretaker was helpful when we had some questions."

"This house is located in a very nice place, but it has its issues. Interior issues like moldy showers, paint peeling, rusty surfaces and worn out furniture are some examples. We were bummed to discover that hot tub was broken (that was not told to us at time of rental payment). The bedroom layout is WEIRD! If couples are expecting a romantic get away, this is not the place. NO privacy is available in any of the bedrooms. Then we had an unexpected visitor that spent several nights in the ground...
