"We stayed 7 nights and it was first in this hotel in Bad Gastein. Very professional and helpful staff in reception with good advices on sightseeing, dining and travelling. We were pleased with kitchen facilities, that we used mainly for breakfast and for finishing a day with a glass of wine. The spa was excellent, after 15-20 km hike it was such a pleasure to relax in saunas. The hotel had a transfer that we used upon leaving which was convenient with heavy luggage. "Beautiful hotel, very welcoming and professional, smiling staff. The room was huge and beautiful, with a sauna on the HUGE balcony! Wow… the only thing I would change is the mattress, it could have been so much sweeter with a memory foam mattress… but no necessarily uncomfortable… Also, pay attention to the office hours of the front desk, after a certain time of day, you cannot reach anyone at the front desk. Just be aware. Otherwise, I highly recommend this lovely place! "

"Vi blev taget imod af en utrolig imødekommende vært, og lejligheden manglede absolut intet. Alt, hvad man har brug for, var til rådighed – både komfort, funktionalitet og en hyggelig, hjemlig stemning. Beliggenheden er helt ideel, med kort afstand til aktiviteter for både børn og voksne. Et oplagt sted til både afslapning og oplevelser – og det er helt sikkert ikke sidste gang, vi besøger dette skønne sted."

"This was our first time visiting Austria and we were not disappointed! As a family of four with two children age 6 and 10 the location of the hotel and the facilities offered by the hotel was second to none. Specifically the included pool pass to the local water park was outstanding. The safe environment of the hotel and the local area meant it was the first time we felt that we could leave the kids somewhat unattended and meant we could properly relax. "Idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Skiurlaub oder sonstigen Urlaub in den Bergen. Der Skilift ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und auch die Restaurants und Geschäfte im Ort sind in ähnlicher fußläufiger Distanz. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls sehr gut und im Wellnessbereich kann man nach einem Skitag gut entspannen."

"The apartment was very clean and large. With up to 6 personer being able to stay there. Two bathrooms was excellent. With a trampoline and a pool just outside made a large positive difference for the youngest kids. The pool was maintained daily and nicely clean. Also very convenient to have a pizzaria/restaurant right below the apartment. Very nice staff. Considering the price, I highly recommend this place. "
