"We have been staying for a week with three adults and two children of 3 and 6 years. The house is located in a small cul de sac, so there is only minimal traffic. The beach and sea are only a short walk of about 2 minutes away; bus stops, restaurants and shops are also within walking distance. "Luxurious yet comfortable, had pretty much everything you might need for a lovely staycation (could do with a microwave though for warming things up!). Ideally situated for visiting Sussex’s coastal towns and inland City of Chichester and historic town of Arundel. Beach is a pebble beach, and sadly full of seaweed when we visited so we couldn’t get to the water without getting covered in the stuff, but that can’t be helped. Lovely stay overall! "

Das kommt hauptsächlich von den sehr kleinen Handwaschbecken und dem WC unter dem Dach in einer beengten Stelle. Hier und da wären kleine Schönheitsreparaturen nötig (Abfluss von Waschbecken war u.a. verstopft und wir mussten es selbst beheben) und es wäre auch schön gewesen die passende Nespressomaschine zu den Kapseln zu haben.
