Great upstairs area with open plan kitchen, dining area with balcony and sea view. Andy the host was great, regular contact before with instructions for parking etc and also recommending cafes and restaurants. Great transport links with train and bus into Brighton too. "My wife and I stayed a couple of nights with our dog, as we were visiting a nearby dog rescue. The room was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped with kettle, tea, coffee, milk, towels and toiletries. Good shower and nice sized bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an excellent meal at the restaurant. If we ever find ourselves in the area again we will definitely return. "
