"I stayed for 2 weeks to learn how to kiteboard. I had lessons at South Padre Island but things were not progressing very well. Markus an Simon helped me the entire 2 weeks. By the last 2 days I went to beach on my own, rigged and kited both days for 3 hours each. The place was great and I will go again maybe for a month next time. "

"The locate is so peaceful and close enough for local beach activities, restaurants and shopping centers. The neighborhood was well groomed with no local disturbance of crimes. Some building constructions was going on and it was not disturbing at all to my early morning rise I loved it, Mrs. Sophie is awesome! I will return and I will look for this exact same location and room. "

"We stayed a month in this well appointed studio apartment. It is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and Smiths reef and to several local restaurants, a great gelato place.(restaurants and gelato good for celiacs) The apartment had everything we needed to cook with, washer and dryer was a big plus. Appreciated all the extra amenities - snorkel masks, beach towels, cooler, portable table / chairs, island map, recommendations, etc. We used the property’s pools, hot tub and loungers. We liked that it was a quiet area and that we could walk to the beach and restaurants. A great get-away. "
