Very clean, homely and had everything that you would need and more (including things that you may have forgotten).Full instructions on how to use things were included. Although at this point there is no WiFi, Kevin immediately responded to text messages and facilitated access from his own, at his house. Easy to find, great location and a definite place to revisit. Thank you Kevin for making us so welcome. "

"Cute little cabin that had a lot of amenities available. Local grocery is only a few minutes away. Problems: beds are hard, the main „queen“ bed is two twins pushed together but the seam isn‘t connected so we kept falling through the middle and it was too small. ‚Would’ve chosen something else had I known. Fan in living room didn‘t work, someone removed the chain and still couldn‘t get it to turn on. Very hot during the summer. There are a few restaurants nearby within walking, be sure to check...

"This was our third year in a row staying here and it will not be our last. Amazing location, amazing property, always clean and comfortable. Its a short walk to downtown, you are right on the water to access your boat, and Carnagie marina is located directly across from the property, making parking your vehicle and boat trailer so easy and painless. The owners are always responsive and helpful. I cannot recommend this propery enough! We love it and look forward to coming here every summer. "

"This is a really nice place to stay for a vacation. It's located in a golf course with woods and ponds around, very quiet and beautiful. The living room, as showed in the listed picture, has large windows bring the natural view around into your eyes directly. Room is very clean, nicely renovated in modern style. "This is a quaint older home in an excellent location in Clayton. You can actually see the Antique Boat Museum from the front yard. Off street parking. The host was responsive and easy to work with. Home had everything essential we needed for our 4 day stay. Appreciated laundry, 2 bedrooms, cleanliness, tissues, chairs in bedrooms, comfy sheets, etc etc. Pet friendly ! "

The backyard was very nice with a fireplace and lawn chairs the view of Cherry Island and Point Salubrious was stunning with the trees changing colors. The view from the downstairs bedroom looking out at the lake was absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend renting this cottage. We had a great time vacationing there. "
