"The property is conveniently located close to the beach and is a good size, quiet, comfortable, and well equipped for the whole family. The secure backyard was a great bonus for our pet, and the top deck was a lovely feature for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The kitchen was tidy and neatly arranged.Unfortunately, cleanliness in certain areas of the house was not up to our expectations. The bed sheets, pillows, pillowcases and mattress protector had an unpleasant smell and appeared not...

"Most things with the property and our stay were good. There were a few issues, however. Neither the host nor Stayz provided the Check-in information, nor were they easily contactable when we arrived to a locked gate. In addition, the house had not been thoroughly cleaned - used towels were left behind bedroom doors, there was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor and the fridge and pantry needed a good wipe down before we could use them. The facilities and space were good for our group though....

The property is poorly maintained and requires a significant amount of upkeep. "We had a great stay here! The place is well located on a quiet street and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen facilities were good for our cooking needs. Host was very communicative. "

"House is MASSIVE and perfect for families with teenagers. Downstairs has 2 double bedrooms, laundry and teens tv lounge. Upstairs open plan, modern furniture, bright outlook onto 8 seater dining/bbq area. Excellent lighting throughout the property. Amazing view of the sea and Tomaree. Quite spectacular observing the massive storm roll in, although 22 hour powercut not so great! Master bedroom is ENORMOUS…walk-in wardrobe, bathroom & separate toilet. "The house is well designed and located close enough to the Shoal Bay shops and Country Club. However the house was not clean. There were cobwebs in the main living area and kitchen, all the window sills were dirty with dead ins"
