"My friends and I needed a place to stay for a wedding downtown and this was the perfect place! We loved having a full bath on each of the 3 floors and appreciated how quiet and residential the area was. It was a 5-10 minute drive to everything we needed. We were able to get groceries nearby, walk to restaurants, and felt very safe. Finding parking was a breeze. The house itself was perfect for our needs. One thing to note is one of the "bedrooms" is located at the back of the top floor landing...

"This was my first Vrbo booking and I am shocked at how wonderful this property was. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, with easy access to every part of Champaign and Urbana. The house was clean, extremely spacious and full of extra amenities including a large extra dining/gathering area off the kitchen, an enclosed patio room and multiple streaming services on the tv's. "Rented this home for U of I graduation. It is conveniently located - just about 5 minute drive to campus. Neighborhood is quaint and quiet. House had ample space and the kitchen had adequate amenities. Plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, paper towels supplied. We hung out in the backyard which had a nice patio table and chairs. Charming house in a charming, walkable area. We would certainly stay here again. "

"The College Town Cottage is lovely. My friends and I had a great time and were charmed by by the eclectic decor and cozy furnishings. We felt comfortable and safe and CU offers plenty of options for food, entertainment and adventures. All of the chargers for technology were greatly appreciated. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The hosts were very responsive on the rare when we needed something or asked for a recommendation. We would definitely stay again."
