À la carte breakfast was also very good but there was no fruit offered which I was disappointed with. Times were also a little tight from breakfast, dinner, room cleaning and checkout but it was a small hotel so this is understandable. I would definitely stay here again. Thankyou."

A conveniently central position for beach and countryside, betwixt Carisbrooke Castle and Osbourne House. "What a lovely stay run by a lovely couple. A quirky friendly B&B within easy walking distance of town ( a little up hill on the way back) Beautiful garden full of interest. A perfectly cooked breakfast in the morning made using good quality produce. Along with cereals, yogurts and juice. Homely and clean. You really felt like a guest rather than just another number moving through. They have two small friendly dogs but kept them out of the way for a guest who felt nervous around dogs....

"Room too hot. I booked with twin beds, but the room was with double bed! The receptionist asked us at 22pm if we want another room. Only a fan in the room, couldn’t sleep much as it was too hot during the night. The room was near the main hallway door, so other visitors were going g up and down making noise going through that door all night.
