"Very centrally located historic building. Entrance via electronic lock system. They have a laundry room in the basement but no real instructions on how to use and pay for it. I called the host but the lady on the phone also had no idea how it works and told she woul call me back. She called me back very shortly after und told me that I need special tokens and they could bring them by what I declined because of time constraints. At night it was really loud on the street in front of the room...

"It was really strange and inconvenient that there was no one at the “reception” desk after 15:00. And the young woman at the restaurant on the main floor said she didn’t know anything about the hotel. We found our reservation slip and our keys and let ourselves into the room. Later in the evening, the girl who did not know anything suddenly knew enough to make sure we paid. Very odd."

Friedrichshafen

"There were lots of nice features of this property - for example there was an impressive lighting system and the floors were very nice. However, then there were let downs - for example lots of light bulbs needed replacing and the nice floors were covered in unnecessary rugs. In general there was too much clutter everywhere, eg one bedroom, in addition to expected furniture, had a sideboard, dining room chair, armchair, coffee table and two bar stools…. But no mirror!!With respect to compliance...
