On arrival we were given a room on the side without a lift, so my wife was obliged to struggle up and down the stairs. On the side where there was a lift, the sitting room and restaurants required no use of stairs. Obviously you decided to ignore our problem for some other convenience of the hotel management. "

"Beautiful if overpriced hotel, room was beautiful staff are always fantastic when we stay. The pool area could be so much better it simplest isn’t up to today’s standards especially at the price. It could be revamped to have beds facing out sea with better hot tub facilities. Staff at the spa/pool however are wonderful "
