Everything was perfect. The host was kind and understanding in both German and English. Loved the breakfast with the view to the mountains, it could not have been more enjoyable than that. Definitely will revisit in the near future again.

Great stay
I wasn't sure about the properties of choice until I saw the hotel building. I knew right away it was going to be great. I love such objects, I like the people behind them. We are delighted and we are already figuring out how to visit Bergbude again. Super clean, comfortable sleeping, great atmosphere and excellent breakfast. The head of the facility is a nice, charismatic man.

Ottima struttura, il proprietario ci ha letteralmente fatti sentire come a casa nostra. Ci ha messo a disposizione l'intera cucina e anche il barbeque esterno per poter festeggiare il natale nel miglior modo possibile. Ci ha datto indicazioni preziosissime dove portare i bambini a divertirsi un po con la neve in slitta e fare passeggiate sulla neve. Ah mi dimenticavo, ci ha pure fornito le slite per tutta la famiglia. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Property located in outstandingly beautiful surroundings,peaceful, Rooms were cosy & warm, rustic charm, no frills, interesting touches of upcycling with old sledges, walking sticks..great breakfast...friendly & accommodating hosts. A great find!

We stayed with family. Host had wonderful suggestions for different activities at nearbe lake and mountains. Friendly atmosphere, use of garden, good-sized rooms. Excellent stay

Very good value for the money
A very good value for the money. The hospitality was really on the top, with the warm welcome to "feel and do as if we were at home", which included even the possibility to use the kitchen. We really appreciated that. The kids enjoyed the sandpit and the trampoline in the garden and the breakfast was rich. The structure itself is somewhat dated, but without any problems. We stayed only for the night, but the nearby lake and mountains looked really inviting.

Frank ist der beste Gastgeber, frägt immer nach ob alles in Ordnung ist. Macht Tipps für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten. Wirklich ein toller Gastgeber. Klar das Haus ist kein Neubau ist aber das kann man auch nicht erwarten bei den Preisen. Man fühlt sich mega wohl, alles ist sauber und man schläft bis auf die viel befahrene Strasse echt mega. Es ist eine Unterkunft mit einzigartigem Charakter, aber einfach teilweise noch nicht renoviert. Wir waren für einen Kurzaufenthalt dort würden aber auf jeden Fall auch für einen längeren Zeitraum wiederkommen. Das beste Ei von glücklichen Kärntner Hühnern gibt es auf jedel Fall täglich zum Frühstück ;-) Wir sehen uns wieder ;-)

Familiäres Ambiente, perfekt für Familien
Ein echter Glückstreffer mit dieser Bude! Einfache Zimmer, jedoch fantastische Lage mit herrlichem Panoramabergblick. Perfekte Ausstattung für Kinder nach einer langen Autofahrt, mit großem Garten mit Trampolin und Spielzimmer. Das hochwertige Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight. Sehr Empfehlenswert!
