The property is 7 km from Finale Ligure, Noli, and Spotorno. The last kilometer to reach the apartment is on an unpaved road, but it is accessible by car. Please note: most vehicles can manage the final stretch, but very low cars (e.g., sports cars) may experience some difficulty. There is a trail to Varigotti, which takes about 20 minutes downhill and around 40 minutes uphill.



The apartment is part of a historic 17th-century holiday home divided into 6 units; private gardens are adjacent to each other.



Parking is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. There are security cameras at the property entrance and in the parking area.



Homemade products are offered. Recycling guidelines are provided on site. The meeting point for check-in is in Manie, where the owner will escort you to the property.
