the bay stay

sofa not at all comfy . bed needs a king size duvet. i think a clothes airer to dry wet clothes would be good. maybe a pizza cutter. sharpen all knives. better quality toilet paper. and better signage on key safe. apart from the latter very good.

coastal retreat

we had a fabulous week at the Bay Village in Filey our apartment was just perfect for us ,spotlessly clean, everything we needed , we had a short walk to the beautiful beach and swimming pool on site plus a pub/and shop . we will be back and very nr to scarborough and bridlington simply fabulous

Home from home

A lovely small apartment with all the facilities you might need. Nice and quiet, especially at night. Facilities on resort were good but we didn’t really use them. Easy to get to and good host communication. Remember, if arriving by public transport, although there is a shop on site it charges premium rates. (3miles from Filey) Good base for travelling and sightseeing.

Wonderful stay

New Year Break

We've just spent the new year at Lucy's apartment. It was comfortable and stylish, immaculately clean and decorated for the Christmas season. Lucy had left a welcome note, and there were other personal touches which made a nice difference. Communications before, during & after our stay were excellent, checkin was easy, and the location was great. Dog friendly and ground floor. Can't wait to return. Thank you to Lucy for being a great host

Really enjoyable

The apartment is compact, clean and modern, with everything you need for a home-from-home break away. The Bay village itself is tidy and well kept, with a nice pub and useful shop. We would definitely stay here again. Our little dogs were made to feel welcome in the apartment, with some treats left for them. Smashing.

Lovely holiday homes

This was a lovely flat with amenities 5 minutes away. Was a short distance to Scarborough by car and we got lovely weather. Paul Jones pub was great food service a bit slow and they forgot our order on two occasions, but don't let it put you off.parking okay eventually

Lovely little apartment

I booked the property on behalf of my in-laws, we had already booked a property on the bay for the weekend and they decided to also stay. They found the property clean, comfortable and with everything they could need for a comfortable stay for two. The property was close to the pub, shop and swimming pool and also within easy walking distance of the beach. A personalised note from the owner wishing the guests a pleasant stay was a nice little touch. Would definitely consider a stay here again :)

Perfect mini break in a perfect location

Fabulous stay in a perfect location. Lucy was the perfect host. Communication was spot on and Harrison’s little treats were such a lovely touch. The apartment was very clean and suited all our needs. The Bay site was fabulous, clean and quiet considering it was half term. Everyone was very pleasant and the teams in the shop, leisure centre etc were very friendly. Would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Lucy for making us feel very welcome.
