This gives you a more private home to relax in away from the hustle and bustle of the more congested area of the community. We enjoyed our meals outside on the deck with a table that could seat all of our family of 8 easily while catching beautiful views of the river! While we were nervous that this unit seemed to be a shared house (duplex), it was quiet and we had our own space with plenty of privacy.
