reintegro de mi dinero
el hotel no esta como aparece en la pagina de hoteles , com y por tal motivi no lo utilice para estadia ,dado el motivi que ya habia reservado y me habian cargado a la tarjeta el pago del mismo y me encontraba en italia para realizar la solicitud les pido me sea reintegrado el dinero del mismo ya que como pueden ustedes mismos observar yo uso con frecuencia su servicios y espero una respuesta rapida y satisfactoria a mi peticion

Abbiamo soggiornato purtroppo solo una notte. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, la camera pulita e spaziosa, il ristorante della struttura è ottimo e la colazione altrettanto.

Clean and comfy hotel.. polite and lovely staff
The lovely small hotel not far off motorway. Older style but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a good selection and fresh. Would recommend and would stay again. Sadly restaurant was not open but reception provided the name of one 5 mins drive away which was very tasty 😋.

Camera all'interno del ristorante
Incredibile ma vero, 110€ di prenottamento e ti fanno dormire all'interno di un ristorante. La camera affianca il bagno del ristorante ed è posto a 3 metri dai tavoli dei clienti. Senti tranquillamente la gente chiacchierare dal letto.

Podia ser bem melhor
Contrario do que nos era informado quando alugamos o hotel, ele fica ha quase 30 km de Firense. HOtel simples mas confortavel apenas muito longe de Firense. Nao me hospedaria de novo por esse motivo. Pequeno almoço simples de mais sem nenhum atrativo tambem.

However, we hope to be able to host you again perhaps to visit the Chianti area, Arezzo, Siena etc. less than an hour from our Hotel

Hotel discreto per vacanze in campagna.
Camere poco adatte a chi viaggia per lavoro e necessità una postazione per scrivere. Camere molto rustiche, arredate con vecchi moduli, di aspetto gradevole ma per niente comodi e funzionali.

Gentile Sig.re/Sig.ra,Siamo spiacenti che abbia trovato la camera prenotata inadatta a chi lavora, molto probabilmente aveva riservato una camera Economy che, essendo una camera più piccola, ha tutti i servizi come le altre (Smart TV, Free wifi, Bagno in camera con Doccia, Aria Condizionata) ma in uno spazio ridotto, ovviamente questa soluzine ha anche un prezzo molto inferiore rispetto alla standard. Comunque ci teniamo a precisare che tutte le camere hanno un tavolo o piano di appoggio per poter lavorare, sicuramente non sarà una scrivania da ufficio ma permette comunque di poter usare un laptop o tablet senza problemi.Prenderemo comuque questa sua recensione come spunto per poter migliorare il comfort delle nostre camere a chi viene per lavoro.Ringraziandola nuovamente di aver soggiornato da noi porgiamo cordiali saluti

Prachtig hotel een aanrader
Aankomst top, zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. Met Waze kom je er recht op uit. Hotel Op zicht prachtig, machtig uitzicht, ontbijt buiten met uitzicht, zeer toffe kamer en groot genoeg voor ons 3, zwembad ook zeer mooi. De bediening en personeel waren gewoon top. Minpunten maar dat is dan persoonlijk, harde matras en in het restaurant enkel water of wijn. Ik raad dit hotel zeker aan

The rooms were fine and beds comfortable. Only thing that could be improved is the lights in room as they are dim and comfortable but make it hard to read. Another minor shortcoming is that there is only one outlet next to the bed for the lamp however users of a cpap breathing machine now have to choose between light or breathing machine power. The personel was very friendly and helpful. Great location at edge of village bu needs better direction sign for drive up as google sends drivers to a road that medium cars cant drive through. will stay the again if in area

La tenuta is in a good spot making it very easy to get around and reach the towns, nature-immersed walking routes, and the outlets/commercial areas. They have a really nice and popular restaurant (I recommend booking, especially on weekends as it is packed) and a cute breakfast space. I wish the rooms were warmer and that they stil had horses but overall our stay was pleasant.

Unfortunatelly horse riding school has a property changes and for the moment there's no service.It's available onother one in 15minutes driving wich organize horseback exursions and more activities.A presto

Atendimento muito bom, tem um restaurante excelente no anexo do hotel. O que não gostei foi a cama, o colchão formava uma espécie de buraco(afundava). Tínhamos feito a reserva sem cancelamento, tive que ficar as 2 diárias. Acho que umas das piores noites de sono que já passei em uma viagem.

L'Hotel è ben ubicato sopratutto per chi vuole andate a The Mall Outlet, ma la camera che ci hanno dato affacciava direttamente sul cortile in comune con il Ristorante, i cui avventori all'esterno hanno schiamazzato fino all'una di notte. Il letto è molto rigido, potrebbe essere migliorato.

Prenderemo senza dubbio nota del materasso del letto da migliorare e vi chiediamo scusa se gli ospiti del ristorante hanno fatto confusione fino a tardi, chiediamo uno sforzo in più ai camerieri per far rispettare il silenzio. 렌트카필수 피렌체와 더몰을 가신다면 정말 저렴하고 가깝고 끝내주는 호텔입니다 온가족이 다 같이 하는 작은호텔이지만 이틀있으면서 정이 들정도입니다 무료파킹과 피렌체ZTL을피해 파킹하는곳 까지 매우친절 특히 더몰은차로 8분 피렌체는20분 프라다스페이스는25분 정말최고입니다

We arrived late evening and Nicor was very helpfull on all our requests we had a great and very attentive meal the room was in a traditional Tuscany style clean and spacious,a bit more light would have helped,one small comment the mattress & cushions were too rigid to our taste (we are not very fond of Orthopedic beds) a great breakfast,overall an hidden Gem

I won’t stay here ever again.
It should be classified as an inn rather than a hotel. Firstly rooms and facilities are very run down. Aircon doesn’t work on a summer season. We turned it on for several hours and it’s still not cold. Asked the staff and he told us it’s bcos we keep opening the day. If not for the countryside feel, for the price I paid, I could get a beta hotel.
