  • CASA SOLEALTO es un apartamento dentro de una casa de campo, ubicado en la zona más hermosa del municipio de Figline Valdarno. De hecho, la casa consta de 2 apartamentos: CASA SOLEALTO a la izquierda y el de los propietarios a la derecha.
    Es posible llegar a Florencia y Arezzo en solo 30 minutos (automóvil o tren) y a Siena en una hora (automóvil).
    Para S. Gimignano (70 minutos en coche), Lucca (80 minutos en coche), Pisa (90 minutos en coche). Además, la casa se encuentra a 2 km del pueblo donde hay varias tiendas, restaurantes y supermercados.
    En 20 minutos a pie puede llegar a la tienda Sting, donde puede comprar productos orgánicos de la granja Il Palagio.
    A solo 15 minutos en coche se encuentra THE MALL, un outlet con las marcas más prestigiosas del mundo. La casa tiene un jardín de unos 10.000 metros cuadrados con zona de juegos infantiles. Desde el jardín se puede disfrutar de una vista panorámica de la ciudad de Figline Valdarno y las montañas de Pratomagno. La cocina está totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, nevera, horno y lavadora. El salón tiene chimenea y cada habitación tiene su propio baño.
    Posibilidad de cenar al aire libre. Plazas de parking delante de la casa. Servicio de limpieza semanal y cambio de ropa incluido en el precio para estancias de más de una semana. Nos vemos allí!

We had a lovely peaceful week staying at Akiko's superb apartmentAkiko gave us many helpful suggestions of places to visit; local markets etc and was always available for any questions we had.

Très belle location, propriétaires sympathiques.Le seul petit reproche : manque de couverts et qq ustensiles de cuisine, ce qui permettrait d'éviter d'utiliser le lave vaisselle trop souvent. Ceci étant, tout était parfait, sejour très agréable.

Exploration of the Chianti region of Tuscany

A beautiful property, well maintained with nice grounds and and a great view. An excellent base from which to explore Tuscany. Akika was very helpful and attentive.

Unterkunft mit Aussicht

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Akiko war eine sehr zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Auf der großen Wiese mit Blick ins Arnotal konnten wir uns gut erholen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Guido, Koblenz.

Virée en Toscane

Une location très agréable, où il fait bon se retrouver le soir au calme après une journée à Florence ou dans la campagne toscane. Akiko passe le soir voir si tout va bien. Un grand merci à elle pour son accueil.

Un’oasi di pace

Casa in ottimo stato, dotata di ogni comfort, un meraviglioso giardino a disposizione con vista sull’Appennino da rimanere incantati e una padrona di casa, la signora Akiko, accogliente e amichevole! Super consigliato!!! Mi sognerò questi paesaggi per molti giorni, grazie di tutto :)

Hidden Gem in the Rolling Hills of Tuscany

We had a great stay at Akiko's apartment in her beautiful villa. We arrived very late in the evening and she met us to check us in and was kind enough to provide water for us after our long journey! Her place is very homey (there were 5 of us - 3 teens and 2 adults) and she was so fantastic to follow up with us thoroughly through our stay. She gave so make great recommendations on places to visit and eat and was available for us if we had any questions. We felt at home and loved our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you Akiko for a great stay!

Toscana entdecken

Wir haben hier wunderschöne Urlaubstage verbracht. Um die Toscana zu entdecken ist es hier ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Akiko ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin die uns mit sehr vielen Tips für Ausflüge unterstützt hat. Auch ihr Limoncello schmeckte einfach super,vielen Dank nochmals dafür Akiko. Die Aussicht vom Garten aus auf den Ort ist wunderschön.In Figline Valdarno und Umgebung gibt es viele Gaststätten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir reisten mit dem PKW an. Damit sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung gut erreichbar und man ist flexibel um die Gegend zu erkunden. Sehenswert ist z.B. Pisa,Florenz, Siena,San Gimignano um nur einige zu nennen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank nochmals Akiko, wir können dich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Nice house in Tuscany

Nice house, it feels very private even though you share the house with the owners. Nice big rooms, nice kitchen, small living room. Host is very friendly, easy communication. When booking for accomodation we specificly searched for a pool because of the hot wheather. This place was suggested to us and on one picture we could see the pool. Comments from other guests also shoved us that pool was avaible. When we arrived we were told that pool was not a part of the renting. We we allowed to be in the garten but not the pool - in 40 c. It was a huge disappointment and we only booked this place because of the pool. We asked to borrow it and was allowed 2 hours one afternoon. So if you are looking for pool, dont book this house. Beside the pool issue we had a nice stay.

Belle location, très propre, avec tout le nécessaire. Akiko est très sympathique et très gentille. Un bel endroit pour passer de bonnes vacances.

The new pool was a big hit!

This was our third stay at Akiko’s as a family of five. So we knew what to expect. Easy communication with the host, a clean house & Nice bathrooms, everything we need in the kitchen & a washing machine for our daily laundry. There is no AC in the bedrooms though, only a fan. During hot summer days and nights that can be ‘tough’. But since a few months there’s a pool in the garden. And now we love this place even more.

Formidable séjour !

Quel formidable séjour et accueil à 2 pas de FLorence et au cœur du Chianti. Superbes prestations, échanges riches et beaucoup d'empathie, Akiko est à votre écoute et dans le partage (bonnes adresses restos, fruits du jardin etc.). Demeure décorée avec goût idéalement située dans cette magnifique Toscane. Nous recommandons vivement et avons hâte d'y retourner...

Excellent value for your money!

Very lovely host Akiko was super helpful and supportive. We had a wonderful stay in her apartment in Figline. It is well equipped and centrally located to explore the Eastern part of Tuscany. We felt welcome and home and would definitely come back. Grazie mille!

Hervorragende Unterkunft und nette Vermieterin

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Urlaubswochen verbracht und eine supernette Vermieterin kennengelernt. Das Appartment war super sauper und komplett ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder, vor allem, weil wir den noch in Bau befundenen Pool, ausprobieren möchten. Man hat von dem Pool aus eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Tal und die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Figline Valdorno liegt günstig um einige schöne Städte anzufahren. Wir hatten unsere Mountainbikes mit, mußten allerdings feststellen, daß es hier nicht wirklich schön ist um unserem Hobby nachzugehen. Also haben wir uns im Ort einen Scooter gemietet und sind mit diesem durch die Gegend gefahren....herrlich!

Tuscany

Great property and location for exploring Tuscany. We took trains to both Arezzo and Florence from the local station. Also very near the chianti vineyards with beautiful countryside. Host very helpful. Lovely lady with lots of tips on where to go and on local restaurants.

Traumhaft

Nach 3 Jahren waren wir wieder bei Akiko. Es war wie nach Hause kommen. Sie ist eine liebe, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Und ihr Limoncello ist ein Traum. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Vielen Dank nochmal für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft.

Heel erg tevreden

We hebben het heel erg naar onze zin gehad in deze prachtige vakantie woning ,die van alle gemakken voorzien was ,en zijn heel goed opgevangen door onze gastvrouw die ons ook goede tips gaf voor uitstapjes en wat er in de omgeving te doen was.
