It features a fully-equipped kitchen, private lake access, shared fire pit, grill, back patio furniture, in-unit laundry, WiFi, smart TVs, central heat, multiple portable A/C units to keep all guests cool (No central air), 1 bathroom and complete privacy throughout your stay.

Guest Access:

To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with the Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso “Boarding Pass” with your Guest Access information.

The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:

• Signing of rental agreement

• ID and selfie uploads

The neighborhood is embraced by lush forests, rolling hills, and picturesque hiking trails. Local shops and restaurants are within reach, creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors. Fife Lake offers a tranquil escape amidst nature's splendor.



Getting Around:

The town is small and easily walkable, allowing you to explore the local shops, restaurants, and attractions on foot. If you prefer to travel by car, the town has well-maintained roads and parking areas. Taxis and rideshare services may also be available for transportation within and around Fife Lake. Additionally, there are scenic trails and bike paths for those who enjoy cycling or walking. Exploring the surrounding areas may require a vehicle, as public transportation options might be limited.

• You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes:

-Signing the rental agreement

-ID and selfie uploads

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).

• Discounts applied automatically:

-15% off for stays 7+ nights

-30% off for stays 30+ nights

• Extensions: Contact us for special offers.

• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

• **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**.

• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO)

-$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only).
