Fantastic holiday

What can we say about this villa ! Fantastic location, owners are very quick with communications if any problems arise, location is just right, pool was used everyday by my family.This was the second booking to this villa and already planning to book again for next year at the same villa.

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay and the villa was fantastic. Chris and Katie couldn't be more helpful and were incredibly responsive each time we had a query. The villa is great, the location excellent and setting is beautiful. I would recommend to anyone considering a break in Olu Deniz

Fantastic Villa

Villa was just as described. Great size for a family, modern and well equipped. Pool was perfect, could not find a fault at all. Taxi button opposite works, just press and wait a few minutes or use the number on fridge magnet. Alper the driver picked us up from everywhere and its cheap. 70TL in to Hisaronu, 140TL to beach. Cable car ride to top of mountain is a must with some great food at the top. We are definitely going back

Fantastic property. The pool is amazing. Facilities are perfect. Location is great.

I fully recommend a stay at this lovely villa. The property has great facilities especially the pool. The hosts were perfect and responded to any queries. I'm so pleased we chose to stay here.

First time in a villa, what a amazing experience

I cannot fault this property it met both i and my families needs during our 10 day stay. The villa is large, spacious and has everything you need at hand. The reassurance and communications was outstanding given that i have always booked package holidays. Thank you for everything, I will be back.

Second time staying here!

We stayed here for the second time, but this time brought family with us. We all had the most amazing time! Great location, taxi button right outside, but only a few minutes walk to places to eat and hisaronu with the main strip of bars/restaurants/shops is only a downhill walk of about 10/15mins. villa is amazing and spotless, couldn’t fault it. Thank you again for an amazing stay x

Lovely villa but !

Villa location good quiet with views, villa lovely for 1st few days then , air con , electric not working how it should, kept cutting off so lots of phone calls to orka to get back running, which they did send someone to fix but last hour then off again. So gave up asking lived with no air con downstairs plus my phone bill going up with chasing them. Also don’t go by guide for villa as the orka will not let you use all there facilities or re fill water cooler . So yes nice villa if everything worked. No pool lights till we chased for a week. So hope it’s all sorted for anyone that books after us. Katie was very good in trying to help but rather it just all had been checked PROPERLY before we came to stay

Second stay at the villa

That was our second stay in the villa. Last year we visited fethiye during summer (july -august) and it was awesome so we decided to book this place again. Unfortunately we had some problems at the beginning (this year). The WiFi didn’t work for couple of days (4 out of 7 days). Furthermore we didn’t have water in the whole villa for the first day and night. We couldn’t cook, take a shower etc. but only for one night. Katie and Chris were very helpful and answered all of our questions. The villa is very nice - everyone had a separate room. They clean the pool every day. All in all it was a nice stay in fethiye (despite of the problems we had). I can recommend the villa.

Belle villa, fidèle à l’annonce

La villa est comme sur les photos (un peu vieillissante tout de même avec une poignée cassée, des carreaux cassés), elle a été parfaite pour notre groupe de 8 (4 adultes et 4enfants). La communication avec Katie et Chris lors de la préparation du voyage était parfaite: plein d’infos et réactifs. Sur place, la villa est gérée par un groupe hôtelier: un peu moins réactif, il a fallu les relancer pour un /deux soucis (clim, wifi, alarme). Mais tout s’est résolu sous 48h. Le côté pratique: le ménage de la villa et de la piscine fait durant notre séjour. L’emplacement : un peu isolé du centre ville (800m): il faut une voiture car la villa est tout en haut d’une « Coline ». A 40C, dur dur le retour à pied à la villa. Au centre ville il y a tout à porté de main: supermarché, boucher, restaurant, pâtisserie.... côté pratique, on vous recommande l’agence de tourisme OTotonto dont la gérante parle français. Plein de bon conseil. On conseille la villa: aucune mauvaise surprise vous attendra.

Clean and spacious villa

Good location a couple of minutes drive from Hisaronu and Oledenez. Lovely and clean with regular maid service. Daily pool clean. Nice and quiet with only a couple of neighbouring villas

Excellent stay in beautiful villa

Villa is beautiful and clean in a quite location with easy access to amenities. Though I wouldn’t recommend location for wheelchair users as a lot of uphill walking in return to the villa it taxis are cheap enough 17Tl into hisaronu. Highly recommend pizza express if you fancy a cheap take away that delivers to door ( use the fridge magnet reference we left on the fridge! You can even what’s app the order quoting the reference number so you don’t have to explain location) CES shop delivers and we left an itemised list on the fridge for next users- this would be handy to laminate and keep there? A couple of issues with air conditioning was experienced but a call to Orka soon remedied that. Might be worth though checking AC has before guests arrive so not waiting for Orka to arrive to fix? We did experience once an excursions operator coming to villa under the guise of ‘villa services’ once he started trying to flog excursions though we knew he wasn’t from Orka- and we should e checked for a name badge really! When Orka services arrived the next day though we reported it to them and they swiftly dealt with it. The pool was kept immaculately clean by daily pool attendee and not intrusive at all! The maid came twice during our week stay and provided clean towels- cleaned bathrooms and all floors. ( we sept and mopped floors daily to just avoid ants- which was a bit of a problem and also purchased more bait stations for outside- but you’d expect that for the climate!!) We did experience a little frustration with Orka when trying to move our transfer time back to the airport- but a few persistent calls hurried them along ( a little bit!) so just re-confirm transfer times if you like to get to airport earlier. All in all though, the villa was beautiful, relaxing and clean and we will definitely return! Excellent communication with owners!!!

A Special Place

We have been visiting the area for the past 5 years since a friend wedding. This was the first time that we have opted for a Villa over a Hotel and we were not disappointed. We went as a family of 8 and the spacious Villa easily accommodated us all, this is a truly stunning Villa in a peaceful location yet only a 10 minute walk down into Hisaronu. The local supermarket offer a delivery service and are very welcoming and helpful, on occasion when we visited in person they insisted on driving us back with our shopping. We love this area of Turkey, on a 10 day break in a hotel you look forward to getting back home, on this occasion we never wanted to leave a testament to this beautiful and unique villa that is ideal for making special memories. Book and you won’t be disappointed.

Gorgeous villa, well maintained and very peaceful

Great holiday experience with family and friends. Villa was more than we hoped for..cleaners and gardeners kept the place looking good. Only issue was there was no welcome pack on arrival and as we arrived in the middle of the night we had no water until we could get to the shops... we did let staff know about this and they agreed it was a good idea. All in all a great holiday.

Stayed here 31st May - 7th June 2018. What a place. The villa is unreal, and the views from the pool never mind the balconies are beautiful. So glad we booked here. 8 of us stayed here, 5 adults and 3 kids, and still could of easily fitted more in. It’s situated in a quiet spot where you hear nothing at night or day time, but a 5 minute walk down the road and your headed into the lively town centre. Water cooler in the kitchen is a very nice touch too. Pool was cleaned daily at 8am sharp. There is a shop couple of minutes walk away to buy anything from bread to beer and will deliver for free. Also they bring up a big tank of water for the cooler for just 10 lira. Bedrooms are really big all with there own en suit which are also big. All in all an amazing villa and an even better holiday, already booked up to go next June again. Chris is really helpful with any questions too, talks you through anything you don’t understand and with it being the first time I’d ever booked a villa I found it very easy with his help. We also used the transfers he offered to arrange. no problems there either. 10 out of 10 on a whole 👌

Absolute beautiful villa! A home from home! With stunning views!

Stayed at the property 19-25th sepetember and had the most amazing time! The villa was beautiful with stunning views. Myself, my partner and my 18 month old son stayed at the villa, so rather large for the 3 of us! Will be certainly recommending to family and hopefully will return in near future! Was lovely and close to amenities, and also a taxi button right outside villa was ideal (we used this a lot) Pool cleaned daily and Cleaners came twice throughout our stay and were all very friendly! An absolute beautiful villa!
