"Wow! The photos don't do the place justice, its amazing! The communication and access are easy, on arrival a lady showed me the place, there's a set of 4 or 5 together which are seperate from the tourers etc. Theres nothing you don't need inside, shower, toilet, sink, microwave, kettle, toaster etc and all top branded quality stuff. The units are very new and modern and have been decorated to the highest standard. The views are to die for and its a few minutes drive into Forfar. Cant wait to use...

"The house is absolutely gorgeous! Maintained to a very high standard. Gorgeous bedrooms and a beautiful lounge area which was ideal for our trip. Our gran is approaching 90 and we wanted to spend time with her somewhere relaxing and nice. This was perfect! The views are spectacular! "Good communication with John and easy check in on arrival. Unfortunately, we caught the tail end of a raging storm so weather didn’t allow us to use the patio and massive grassed garden as much as we would have liked but family still enjoyed break here very much. Tremendous heat from the Aga was a wee bit overwhelming but at least it allowed us to dry our hot tub towels very easily! Would return here again."

Plentiful free parking, the spa facilities are great after playing golf (I played 3 rounds)! The renovations were not even noticeable except a couple of areas were closed but it has no effect on my stay. Highly recommend!"

"The house and ground are lovely and very close to the beach. Food was very good for the price, and overall very happy with my stay. The room looked a little tired, and the wet room floor wasn't clean. Drain was also backing up and flooding the floor whilst showering. Overall location excellent and good value for money. "
