"We had fantastic communication with the host and due to an unexpected and traumatic family situation Kylie was wonderful and took a human approach which was so very appreciated. The home was well appointed and very well presented. Everything was just as we expected from the description; the spa was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and the heart pump and fire meant the whole house was able to be kept warm.
