Dishwasher and washing machine easy to navigate. Extra toothbrush was so appreciated as one of my kids left their entire bag at home. Nice to have stores so close too since we had to run to get her new outfits for the weekend!"

"We ran out of coffee filters and dishwasher soap. There was no pepper in pepper shaker or on shelf. It would have been nice to have oil be a staple. Primary bathroom ran out of conditioner. Just a suggestion, but it would have been nice to have a couple of throw blankets so we could snuggled in them and used less heat. "

"This house is very well equipped with what look like new brand bathrooms and very clean rooms and setting. Outdoor space for fire or gathering or games all terrific. Mid century modern charms with a new feel. Neighborhood was quiet. Within walking distance of the beautiful Arcata Community forest which was our first taste of the Redwoods and was a great hike and beautiful. Coffee shop and grocery store within walking distance. Village a mile or two away! Cannot say enough positive about this...
