"Had airport transfer with this booking, called when I collected baggage, informed them of my location at airport and was told they would not be long. Waited 20 minutes called again and was told they do not pick up from my location, asked where then, told me wait and would collect me at my location, finally arrived after another 10 minutes and in conversation with other passengers who were on the same flight, they were all told different pick up spots at airport, other then that it was good"

"No opening windows for fresh air. The layout was odd, a broken work desk was placed in front of premium views. Views from other areas of the room were blocked by the desk. Limited to no cutlery were available. No bags were available for sanitary items. No parking was available at the hotel."

"Couldn’t rate the hotel high enough …and all of the staff I saw in action or assisted me were the best I have ever experienced !"

"I had an ocean view room which also looked over the car park & pub on the corner. Was a bit noisy on Fri & Sat nights & during the day as they are renovating the outside of the building. Didn’t bother me as l was not there during the day. I loved being able to see & hear the ocean & the close proximity to restaurants & beach walks. The room was very spacious & good storage for clothes. The hotel is in need of an update but for the price l paid, l felt it was excellent value for money."
