This house had everything we needed. We loved kayaking/canoeing, and the kids loved fishing and crabbing. It was about a 7 minute walk to the beach and walkable to many restaurants.

We had an incredible time staying at this place! They have everything from ping pong to bikes, chairs, spike ball, kayaks, paddle boards, etc… plus the inside was perfect for our 8 guy bachelor trip. Very clean and nice!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent vacation at this wonderful house in Fenwick. It was stocked with everything you could possibly ever need at the beach. Truly, all you need to bring is your bathing suit and clothes. Kim literally thought of everything! The house was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Contactless check-in was seamless with very clear instructions. The short walk to the beautiful beach was easy with the provided beach carts. We really enjoyed being on the canal watching the wildlife--little fish, turtles and birds. It was our first stay in Fenwick and we absolutely loved the town. We will be back!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Things we loved: the water views front and back, the kayaks, child swing and toys, ping pong table, darts and bikes, the porches and relaxing outdoor areas, and ease of working with the property owner. We had a great time here!

Everything you need from start to finish! Beautiful bay property with EVERYTHING (and then some) for your beach vacation! Property has games, books, boats & all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. Great communication. Looking forward to staying again in the years to come!

Excellent vacation. Kim has thought of everything that a family would need for a beach vacation. Bikes, kayaks, SUPs, games, beach chairs, umbrellas and more. Ping pong was hit at night. Perfect location and able to walk everywhere. We would highly recommend this house.

Fabulous Fenwick Island cottage and hosts!

Best stay at the beach ever! Kim provides everything as described and then some. Welcome basket of snacks, water, and a useful items you might not have thought to bring. Complimentary wine and cocktail mixes. The presentation of amenities is so welcoming. The house is perfectly situated for lagoon, beach, biking, and family fun. Kim replies to every and question promptly and with enthusiasm. Thank you Kim (and Kevin) for a memorable week + 2 complimentary days. We cant wait to return next year!!

The Cottage on Glenn

Awesome!!! We stayed at the Cottage on Glenn for a long weekend and wished we could stay longer! This property had everything you could possibly want on your beach vacation-bikes for all ages, coolers, beach carts, games, kayaks, SUP, tether ball, sand toys, the list goes on and on. You just need to pack your clothes and sunblock; they even supplied the best beach towels. The house was well stocked inside as well. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out. Kim was an excellent host and no detail was overlooked. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Our family loved our stay at the Cottage Glenn. The cottage was clean, quiet, convenient to the beach, and had every beach essential we could’ve needed. My children loved fishing and crabbing and being able to bike around the bike around the beautiful neighborhood.

We had an amazing time in this beautifully decorated fun beach house. There was plenty of room for everyone and the amenities are unbelievable. Everything you need (cooking utensils; dinnerware; bicycles; canoes; snacks in a basket; really nice makeup remover individual packets; nice soft cotton sheets, beach towels, wifi - I am probably missing a 100 items). The outdoor shower is amazing - I never showered inside all week.

Best Vacation Stay Ever!

Kim is the best: she provided every conceivable amenity. We wanted for nothing--even all the sheets, towels, books, puzzles, fully equipped kitchen. Plus all beach "equipment"-- chairs, balls, bikes, toys...even a canoe & kayak! Will book again!!

Great long weekend

We stayed at Kim's for a high school friend's wedding. The house is fully equipped with everything you'd ever need. Kim was very good at communicating when we had a slight issue checking in, and how to take care of the house during a storm. We would love to come back with our toddler to make use of all of the beach items we weren't able to use this time I'd definitely recommend staying here when in Fenwick!

Golf weekend

Have been coming to Fenwick Island for over 20 years with friends for weekend of golf, fun & relaxation. This house was perfect for group of 5 and was a true beach house/cottage. Beautiful & clean house that is nicely upgraded with original detail as well. Front deck and back screened in porch/deck gives you nice water views. Everything you need is here. Kim was a fantastic host!

What a gem!

Where do I start?? Everything about The Cottage on Glenn is perfect for a summer getaway to the Delaware shores. The cottage's location is tucked into a great neighborhood right on the bay and only a short (6 minutes) walk to the beach and easy walks or drives to restaurants, bars and stores. You can watch the sun come up from the back deck on the water and the sun set from the porch swing on the front deck with a cocktail! The house itself is perfect for both couples or families. Large, bright fully stocked kitchen and large dining area that blends into the living area. We used bedrooms on both floors and each stayed cool from the central air, window units (upstairs) and ceiling fans in every room. You might not even need them if you open the sliders on the back and front porches, the breeze literally flows through the house. You won't find a rental with more amenities and equipment for a true beach vacation. Multiple bikes, dozens of beach chairs, games, towels, beach toys, wagons, umbrellas, sun tents, fishing poles, and the list goes on and on. Kim has this house set up especially well for families. We stayed at the Cottage with our 2 year old and Kim made sure we had games, toys, a toddler bike, and even beach accessories for our daughter, not to mention providing a portable pack and play plus mattress and linens for us so we didn't have to travel with them. The house is clean, welcoming and perfect for any time spent in Fenwick - it's a must rental!! Trust me!

Great Property and Owner

Kim was a wonderful hostess. She was very responsive and accommodating of requests (e.g. provided two extra bikes and provided additional adult size flotation vests for our 3 adult children). The property was in great shape, good internet, and a perfect location within easy walking distance to the beach (with a convenient traffic light to make it easier to cross busy Rt. 1), restaurants, and shops. We were able to launch our kayaks from her dock easily enough and she provided 3 kayaks to use. Great time.
