Family Vacation

Check in process was easy, house was clean, views were amazing. We got to kayak and crab right off the dock and the beach was a short walk. Family had a great time!

Fenwick Island Getaway

Perfect size for our family of eight. Beautiful decor, well maintained. Quiet, close to the main drag, but far enough away to be peaceful. Owner was extremely kind and attentive. We had no issues while we were there. Would not hesitate to stay there again!

Summer Stay

Owner is great with communication. House is in great location to the beach, a very short ride. We had young kids and not big walkers so just drove. It’s a gated community, neighbors were welcoming and nice. Small community pool perfect for little ones. The house was very big enough for 6 adults and two little kids. Great space for everyone. Definitely will be back and recommend to others.

Summer vacation

The property was very nice. The owner responded quickly yo any concerns we had. Nice view of the bay. Walkability was the only issue. We like to walk to the beach and other attractions. It was not far however not pedestrian friendly.

Overall pleased

My family and I had a wonderful trip. We were very pleased with the house and although it was a bit far to walk to the beach with small children, we were happy with the location. It was well equipped and everything was exactly as described. The owner was very responsive and took time to answer any questions I had in a timely manner. The only request would be from the women of the group, and that would be a full length mirror somewhere in the house lol. We would absolutely love to stay again!

Awesome townhome

This townhome is beautiful, spacious, and a great place to stay with family! Balconies on every floor, and a community pool w plenty of beach chairs for the family. Less than half mile to the beach and plenty of ice cream, miniature golf, and other stores not far away. The owner was a great help when we needed it also! Highly recommended!!

Quiet, beautiful and close to everything

Our group of six adults and two infants (9 months and 10 months) had a wonderful stay at this property in mid-August 2021. Our positive experience started back in the spring, when we booked and had a very helpful phone conversation with the property manager. Good communication, including a detailed welcome letter, continued over the subsequent months. Check in/entry went very well, and the property was everything we expected and more. We were there during an exceptionally humid week, and we were pleased that the AC worked very well on all three levels, even under the strain of the extreme humidity. We crabbed and fished from the back dock/boat slip area, cooked many meals in the kitchen and enjoyed visits to the beach. Tip for those with young children - drive to the state park a few miles up Delaware Route 1. It’s worth the $5 (in state) and $10 (out of state) per day to get that close to the beach and have all-day, in-and-out access to the parking lot. It’s well worth the cost for the money you’re saving staying tax free and slightly inland. Everyone in my group highly recommends this property for a memorable summer week at the beach in Fenwick, with its central location for also visiting Ocean City, Assateague, Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach.

Great house!

We stayed for a week at the property. It was really clean and well furnished. We were a group of 6 plus 2 children and felt comfortable with lots of space. The kids loved the community pool and the decks outside. The walk to the beach was a bit long with kids but would be easy with adults! The communication with the host was excellent! Would definitely recommend!

Great stay

We had a great family stay here. The bedrooms were a good size and the living space with bright and open. The beach is walkable (the road can be very busy), but there is also ample parking right by the ocean if you go early in the day. It's located in a nice little community with friendly neighbors. The community pool was not large, but the perfect size for our little kids and has a great view of the bay with loungers and umbrellas. Susan (property manager) provided great information and was easy to get ahold of.

I definitely recommend this property. The location was convenient and it was only a short walk to the beach, a lot of restaurants, and fun things to do with my kids. Susan (the property manager) was easy to reach and very helpful. The house worked out very well for me and my family.

Vacation Bliss

The was a perfect rental for my family. The location was great and the view from the balconies were spectacular. The house was very well maintained and the community was small and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend this property. Susan the property manager was amazing! She was personable, easy to reach and very helpful. If your looking for a place to stay in Fenwick, this is a GREAT Pick!!
