Loftsome bridge although off a main road for convenience is lovely and quite due to it being a good distant back from it, so you get the best of both worlds a good nights sleep and connectivity to all the local attractions with York not being too far away. "Lovely little place , parking is tight . Super clean and fresh . I never stayed for breakfast as up early but he made me a take out bag with fruit, yogurt , pastries etc which was really nice of him. Also had complimentary biscuits , water and crisps which was a nice touch "

"It was totally magical staying at the castle. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. It was marvelous exploring the castle and grounds. The road to get there is narrow and bumpy, but once you’re there it is worth it! We had a lovely breakfast in the little restaurant. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer. "
