"Nice and spacious for the 6 of us - may feel cramped if full. 3 very good en-suites but a slight problem for bedroom 4 as no easy bathroom access. Wi-Fi good. Would be even better with full TV service and one or two more cooking utensils eg for microwave. May well stay here again"

"The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink.
The ensuite is a nice large size.
Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats.
There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time.
The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up.
The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city...

"What a great evening, staff, the ambience, and the site's adorable stay. Everything was neat, clean, and well-maintained. In addition to everything, the woman on call was incredibly kind and helpful. Definitely need a second visit."
