You cannot park in the garden or drive a car to reach the apartment (building rule).<br><br><br><br>PLEASE NOTE: Bicycles cannot be left outside the building’s main entrance. Bicycles can be hung inside the apartment.<br><br><br><br>The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.<br><br><br><br>Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax (€1.00 per person per night).<br><br>We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy. <br><br>You can find all the information on the official AlloggiatiWeb website at<br><br><br><br>. Check-in will be done via online self-check-in. Completing the online registration is MANDATORY in order to access the apartment.<br><br>SELF-CHECK-IN: Instructions on how to retrieve the keys and access the apartment will be provided after you complete the online registration. Keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site keybox.
