The holiday apartment, which was completely refurbished and refurnished in 2018, is situated as a separate unit on the ground floor of a residential building on the owner’s 2,500 square metre lakeside plot, right on the shores of Feldberger Haussee. The bathing beach at Breiten Luzin is about 1.5 km away. The town centre, restaurants and shops are all within a 1 km radius. The apartment is modernly equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with a pull-out bed for a child, flat-screen TV, stereo system, dining table), an open-plan kitchenette (electric hob with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has central heating. Directly by the lake, there is a jetty for boating and fishing with seating and a bathing ladder, as well as a rowing boat (10 EUR/day) available for use. There is also a furnished terrace, a barbecue, sun loungers, storage for bicycles you bring with you and a car park. The total price includes bed linen, towels, final cleaning, and water and energy consumption. Feldberg is subject to tourist tax. The visitor’s tax must be paid on site. The Feldberger Haussee serves as a training lake for the local water-ski club.



The Kneipp spa town of Feldberg gave its name to the surrounding picturesque lake landscape, a hilly terminal moraine area. The Feldberg lake district is a haven for active leisure-seekers and guests seeking relaxation alike. Unspoilt forests, rolling hills and crystal-clear lakes such as the Haussee, the Breite Luzin and the Schmale Luzin invite you to swim, paddle, fish, cycle or hike.As well as the Kneipp spa park, Feldberg offers, amongst other things, a passenger boat service, lovely bathing beaches, water sports, horse riding and carriage rides. In Carwitz, on the shores of the lake of the same name, you can learn about the life and work of the writer Hans Fallada at his former home.
