This impressive 4 bedroom house has a unique design, and a large private pool surrounded by an expansive lawned garden. Venture into the centre of Cala D'or, and experience the atmosphere of the marina with plenty of restaurants to choose from to relish on a refreshing drink or enjoy your evening dinners. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.

The location of Villa S'Algar could not be better! The house sits right on the seafront in the Cala Serena area of Cala D'or. Within a short walk you'll have a choice of 2 excellent beaches, as well as numerous shops and restaurants. Visit the centre of Cala D'or, to the marina or any of the resorts 5 alternative beaches a short drive from the villa.

Main pool: 10 x 6 mtr, 1.05 - 1.7 mtr depth

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
