Spread over two floors and covering approximately 300 square meters, the villa features a living-dining room facing the harbor. This space includes a comfortable sofa area with TV and a long dining table for eight, ideal for family dinners. The sea views, also visible from the bedrooms, make every corner unforgettable. All bedrooms are equipped with 0.90 x 2.00 m beds, and the bathrooms are tastefully designed and very comfortable.

Additionally, Villa 'Can Marilla' offers a playroom for children, furnished with child-sized furniture and an additional sofa, creating an ideal space for play and family fun. The kitchen is fully equipped for daily needs, ensuring nothing is lacking during your stay.

Portocolom is a charming fishing port in Felanitx, known for being one of the largest natural harbors in Mallorca. - A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection.



- Once you have arrived at your destination, please contact us by telephone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.



- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place of key collection.



- Arrival outside opening hours:



a) The keys will be left in a safety deposit box. The remaining amount, if any, must be paid the following day to the reception agency;



b) In case there is no safe deposit box, please arrange an out-of-hours arrival with the agency. The late arrival penalty must be paid in cash on arrival.
