  • A stylish and spacious country villa with a round tower, within minutes of the wonderful sandy beach and cove of Cala Sanau - with fantastic child-friendly swimming and a beach-bar. Finca Sanau is a lovely house with sprawling private gardens and a wonderful swimming pool. The resort of Cala D'Or is also just a five-minute drive away.

    The gardens and pool at the house are really private and relaxing - with lawns surrounded by tall trees, shrubs and palms. The swimming pool curves around in a crescent shape with palm trees for shade and a sun-terrace with loungers. For 2010, there is a children's play area (swings, slides, playhouse) plus Sand pit. There's a great L-shaped covered terrace too with a dining table, and a separate barbecue casita, bread oven and cooking area.

Für 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder sind 2 1/2 Bäder zu wenig! Weiterhin muss berücksichtigt werden, dass 2 SZ mit Bad im Turm nur über Außentreppe erreichbar sind!Positiv ist der Service bei Problemen mit Wasser etc. zu erwähnen.

Ein tolles Haus, für viele Personen geeignet, sehr gepflegt.

Wir waren leider zur verkehrten Jahreszeit da. Eigentlich haben wir nur gefroren. Die "Heizung" lief zwar stundenweise, aber die Mauern waren und blieben kalt. Im Hochsommer ist es sicherlich einfach wunderbar. Es war unser Fehler, zu früh im Jahr hinzufahren.

Sehr gut gelegene Finca mit sehr schönem Poolbereich. Gute Raumaufteilung mit etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Möbeln. Sehr gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis für diesen reisezeitraum

Lovely vacation in a villa, perfect for up to two families

Roomy villa with a large terrass always offering both sun and shadow. Lovely evening sun on the roof terrass. Large social dining areas inside the house and a well equiped kitchen with lot of storage areas. Nice bedrooms with excellent shades and AC. The two bedrooms upstairs, with bathroom and roof terrass, are accessible via an outside stairs. The pool is pertfect for kids and adults - ranging from 0,9 meter up to 2,0 meters. Lots of sunbeds and places both in the sun and in the shadow during all day, thanks to the planted palm trees. Nice garden with tabletennis, barbeque, wood fired pizza-owen and a playground. The villa is in a calm and silent area. It is good to have a car to go shopping groceries - Eroski center in Cala dór, with a very broad sortiment, is only 4 kilometers away. There are two beaches very close to the villa. Cala Mitjana is 1,5 kilometers away - this is a smaller beach very nice and not so crowded but it can only be reached by foot (it takes approximatelty 20 minutes to walk there from the house). Cala Sa Nau is the other beach - this beach is bigger and have a bar/restaurant. You can either walk to the beach, it takes 20 minues, or go by car and park in an parking area close to the beach. We had a lovely stay in the villa and really recommend the villa, especially to families since the villa is very childfriendly. Our contact with Barbara was smooth and she was easy to contact for inquiries. The only negative thing about the villa is that some of the wall sockets was in need for replacements. We are hoping to come back another year.

Beautiful villa in a lovely quiet area

The villa was lovely, clean and spacious. There were 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, accessed by outside stairs, the rest of the accommodation was downstairs. The pool area was large with plenty of sun loungers and there were 2 dining tables outside with plenty of dining chairs. The lawn was great for the grandchildren to run around on when they are not in the pool. The views from the top balcony were amazing and a great place to watch the sun set. The only problem we had was the air conditioning went off at about 10pm one night. I phoned the owner and within 10 minutes someone was there and had it back on within minutes. Excellent service!! We will definitely return to this villa in the future.

Wunderschönes Haus in einem traumhaften Garten

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und vier Kindern (zwischen 8 und 14 Jahren) in dieser Finca. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig, aber auch gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles ist äußerst sauber. Dies trifft auch auf die sehr schöne Außenanlage zu. Telefonisch war zu jeder Zeit jemand erreichbar, der auch sofort zur Stelle war, wenn estwas benötigt wurde. Wir hatten uns eine Paella-Pfanne gewünscht, die postwendend geliefert wurde. Die zwischenzeitliche Reinigung der Zimmer und des pools waren perfekt. Die schöne Cala Sanau ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten, per Auto in 3 Minuten zu erreichen, ein großer Supermarkt in ebenfalls 3 Fahrminuten. Wir haben uns s..wohl gefühlt.
