"This is a very clean and pleasant hotel. I greatly appreciated the fact that the room was cleaned and the towels changed every day. I also appreciated the laundry service. The staff are genuinely friendly, but the language barrier—particularly regarding English—makes communication difficult.

"The hotel has an excellent location and well-equipped facilities. Butler 00 also prepared towels and tea for us. Moreover, the breakfast exceeded my expectations—it offered a wide variety of options and tasted delicious, and you can’t find a better one among hotels of the same class!
