"Highly recommend this charming townhouse in Portree. Attractive living room and well-designed kitchen downstairs, with two comfortable bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The location is unbeatable -- a 5-minute walk takes you to the town center for shops, pubs and groceries. Another few minutes takes you right to the harbour and more. Perfect launch point for trips up the Trotternish peninsula and over to the Cuillin mountains. The owner was very responsive and helpful, even sending us a heads-up...

"This was our best stay on our whole trip to Scotland. While, it was a little off the beaten path, it provided a quiet, cosy oasis after we had been staying in towns in lodges without parking for our car. Achmore had ample parking on site. "This was the perfect place to stay in Skye!! We were located a short drive away from Portree and enjoyed the stunning views of the water and town from afar and beautiful living space. I was traveling with my parents and they especially enjoyed the board games and puzzles available for rainy days and the lovely kitchen. It was everything we needed for our trip and more!"

"Moriston Cottage is a delightful house right in the middle of Lochcarron, a very lovely small village on the water. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the house is well furnished and provisioned with all required for an enjoyable stay.
