"I arrived late and the staff were helpful upon check in. In my room however I could not find the tv remote anywhere, the bed was uncomfortable and the floor was gritty like it hasn’t been hoovered. I could clearly hear people in other rooms and periodically something which sounded like a fan switching ..."
