This means you can swim, sunbathe or relax undisturbed at any time of the day — without other guests nearby. Private facilities of this level are rare in Fažana, which makes this apartment extra special.



Inside, you have a modern kitchen with all the equipment you need, a bright living room and three comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed (160x200 cm) and the third bedroom has two separate beds (90x200 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower and there is a separate toilet for extra convenience.



In addition, you have a covered terrace of 30 m², air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, a safe, two private parking spaces and all the facilities you need for a carefree stay. The beach is just 50 metres away and the centre of Fažana is 150 metres away - ideal if you like everything to be close by.



Important: all facilities — including the swimming pool and the entire outdoor area — are exclusively for your use. You share nothing with other apartments, ensuring complete privacy during your stay.



Smoking and pets are not allowed. Upon arrival, you will pay administrative costs, tourist tax, and a deposit. This deposit will be refunded upon departure. Bed linen and towels are renewed weekly. Bed linen and towels are included and replaced weekly.
