Beautiful property. Hidden in the trees for privacy but very convenient to town. We stayed for a bike race weekend and it was easily accessible to park trails and very short drive to Centennial Park entrance.

Outstanding property! Close to everything in Fayetteville and the University. We comfortably fit 9 adults. We swam in the pool, barbecued on the patio, and had a fire pit each night. We loved the 2 living rooms as well. Will definitely go back!

The stay overall was good,The house needs a lot of work, 2 doors handles were broken upon arrival we replaced screws to make them functional. The kitchen sink leaked when used which one of y'all's techs came to address. The sink in the common bathroom upstairs had a drain leak and flooded the downstairs during our stay. We used all the pool towels and mopped it up and moved all adjacent furniture and had to shut that bathroom off so nobody could use it. Definitely should address the overall function of the house before re listing.

Great place with lots of room to spread out. House was clean and had everything we needed. The ping pong table was a big hit! Thank you for giving us some family time while in town to move in our kiddo at the University.

This house was perfect for our family! Location was stunning, plenty of room, stocked kitchen appliances/utensils/dishware/etc, plenty of towels and blankets (we all know these can be stingy sometimes), great working air conditioning, great pool!

This property was as advertised and the perfect location for our group of 9. The beds were all comfortable and the pool made the hot summer days so enjoyable. The location feels private and remote, yet we were so close to many conveniences. We usually stay in and prepare our meals and I will say the kitchen is only moderately stocked requiring a certain amount of MacGyvering, but we recognize we are likely the exception. It is sufficiently stocked with plates and utensils, for sure. The management property was very communicative and available.

Great visit

A few families shared the house for a volleyball tournament. The house was well equipped and had plenty of space. The kids loved playing ping pong and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Good with some concerns

The home was as advertised. The only issue was the black mold found in the water / ice dispenser on the fridge. We needed to get water and ice for the weekend. The management company was.notified, but I would check when you get there. As far as the Management company, response on questions (chatbot,?). But one week before we were to check in, I was notified of additional rules and penalties that should have been spelled out clearly on the listing. Before we paid, before the cancelation with refund time had elapsed. Not right before checkin. I also got notified that there was going to be a fee for a dog. We had no dog.

Great family vaca!

We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of space, beautiful trees, and a great time in the pool! Amazing hikes & lakes nearby. Would recommend this property to friends.

NWA Getaway

Home was spacious enough for four adults but floor plan was a bit choppy. The stone steps to the front door have an irregular rise run making unloading difficult. Asphalt drive was narrow and had potholes but it was possible to drive around the house to unload/load at back door. However, entry code was not provided for this door. Landings inside front & back doors were also irregular in design and could pose risk to young or senior guests. Decks were pleasant but there is significant road noise from MLK. Pool area did not look appealing. Yard had broken landscaping lights and orphaned debris — needs a good cleaning. Housekeeping could be improved. Potato chips were under the upstairs sofa, dead bugs in window sills and slider tracks, no extra toilet paper in lower bathroom, missing blow dryer, and objects under a few beds and dressers. We experienced an evening security issue during our stay and reported to the property's management team. The owner reviewed external camera footage and came the next day to secure windows and inspect door. The event was especially unsettling for one person in our group and tainted the stay. We were offered 25% off an additional night. No thank you.

The Woodland

My wife and I stayed here for a short stay over the weekend and were quite pleased with this Vrbo, the house is definitely capable of larger groups and we will be back to accomplish that. The location is very good, short 15 minute drive to just about anywhere Fayetteville. The property is already on the end of a long road and up a little off the street so you really do have a ton of privacy and last but not least the pool, we couldn’t find any lights for the pool once it got dark out but we used the headlights instead, other than that this property was fantastic. Very clean, game room and a little outside fire pit area. Would definitely recommend the splurge on the price if possible.

weekend trip to tour UofA

We had a great stay for a long weekend of exploring. The house had plenty of room for our family of 6 to spread out. We enjoyed the pool and fire pit for smores. The kitchen was well equiped with everything that we needed.

Spacious spot in a great location

The property was fantastic! Clear communication and easy check in and out. There was plenty of space for 8 adults and 2 children with a great layout. The location felt private while being very close to town. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds and couches were super comfortable with nice linens and blankets. The firepit and grill came in handy. The pool was sparkling and very inviting. Although still a bit cold this time of year, it was still nice to lounge poolside. We had a wonderful family weekend and would definitely stay here again!
