Great location easy access to everything downtown! Weekend traffic is congested so the garage was nice for parking. Only negative I have to say is pick up trucks and SUV will not fit in the garage. The garage is very short distance from front to back. Midsize car will fit. We had a truck and we could not get it to fit to be able to close the garage door so we had to park out front, parking was free on the weekend, but it cost during the week if you need to park out front. Also, if you have a truck the street out front is very narrow and your truck will stick out a bit. We were concerned about our truck getting hit with the traffic. The place was nice clean all the beds were upstairs. Beautiful inside would stay there again if I drive my car.

Great House!

Fantastic stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Easy check-in and great communication with the host. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful home and great location

Property was perfect for our family. Location was great. We walked to the square for dinner, looked at Christmas lights, and shops. Home was clean, roomy, and had everything we needed for our stay. Would stay here again.

Fabulous location

Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything you need for restaurants. Beds were comfortable and it was very clean. Would recommend this Vrbo to anyone staying in the area and we are very picky. Definitely a great place to stay.

Our Son's Wedding Weekend

Beautiful property in a prime, convenient location. Within walking distance to all of our weekend event venues and St. Paul's Episcopal Church. With other family and friends staying at the Graduate, everyone was nearby. Spacious, well appointed and spotless! Five Stars! We'll be back! Thank you!

Perfect Location!

House was just wonderful for a group of Moms for Moms weekend. The location was excellent and an easy walk to the square. We especially loved the front porch with swings and rocking chairs to enjoy. Each bedroom was very spacious. It was an added touch that they left us a bottle of wine and some snacks. They left plenty of supplies, cleaning products, towels etc. Property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location!

This is a great location!! The TVs were a problem to get on the network. We were only able to get the Living Room TV to work. We requested an early check in and we’re told we would hear about our request by the day before check in and never heard back. Overall it worked good for our weekend. Easy walking distance to Dickson St and the Downtown Square!

Perfect location! Nice neighbors. Front porch swing and back patio for morning coffee. Just as beautiful as it is in the pictures. The manager is amazing and helps with any questions. Very clean and just a couple blocks to boutiques, restaurants and amazing coffee shops (Puritan coffee ♥️). Absolutely perfect!

Absolutely Perfect!

We booked this property for friends that were coming In town. It was also pot main gathering spot for the weekend. It was exceptional! It had everything we needed and is a perfectly located between the square and Dickson street. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for entertaining. I highly recommend this property!

Loved it!!!

We loved our stay at Magnolia!! The location is so great for access to restaurants, bars, farmers market, etc. The home was beautiful, clean and very well stocked! We will be creation guests for sure!!!

Awesome Place, very well furnished with top notch amenities!

Good outdoor space for catching up with family. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Comfortably slept all 7 adults in real beds! Hope to get the opportunity to return!
