This charming house boasts three inviting bedrooms on the main level, ensuring restful nights for everyone. The first bedroom features a luxurious king bed and an ensuite bathroom, designed with an open layout (please note the bathroom does not have a door), providing a private sanctuary. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed. The third bedroom offers two queen beds and has been designed with a curtain for privacy in place of a door, accommodating larger groups or families. A shared full bathroom in the hallway adds convenience and ease to your stay.

The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the entire home.

We have space for two cars to park in the driveway; street parking is limited. Please plan accordingly!
We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!
We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
