This place was perfect for our stay. Parking was easy, and access to the property was very convenient. The location is excellent—an easy walk to food, drinks, and shops.The bedding and towels were high quality, and the space was very well appointed. We especially enjoyed having the French press in the mornings. The artwork throughout the place added a lot of character and really contributed to the overall great vibe.We had great food and service at Cathedral Cafe, Pies and Pints, and Secret Sandwich Society, and amazing drinks and atmosphere at Rosa’s Speakeasy. The location is also just a short drive from several incredible hikes.We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this flat was perfect. It was a very clean, aesthetically pleasing, comfortable, and relaxing space. Nice and quiet. The town is lovely, there are nice places to eat nearby, and lovely shops within walking distance. The pictures are true representatives of the flat. There are little finds in all of the spaces. Artwork abound. I would live in this flat. Stay here

Fantastic

This property was extremely nice and accommodating. It's downtown within walking distance of some nice cafes and restaurants as well as an outdoor shop for rock climbers. The unit also had netflix, hbo max and apple tv pre installed and paid for (IDK if that was from a previous visitor or if its a feature) but it was awesome!

A perfect stay!

We loved that the property is located in the heart of downtown Fayetteville and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was decorated beautifully with wonderful eclectic pieces and whimsical touches, without compromising comfort or convenience. It was perfect!

Perfection at the Gorge

Lafayette Flats are full suites - owners have incredible taste and added all the touches to make a stay memorable. Incredibly clean and one of the most aesthetically pleasing places I’ve ever stayed - plush bed and clawfoot tub were a dream!

Lafayette Flats - Perfect

We stayed in Nuttall at Lafayette Flats for a week. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and immaculate. The location is perfect. Everything downtown is in easy walking distance - from Pies & Pints to Secret Sandwich Society. The whole experience was 10/10. I highly recommend Lafayette Flats.

Best place to stay in Fayetteville

We absolutely loved our stay at the Lafayette Flats. We actually stayed in Eddy (originally booked Nutall but then switched to be on the top floor). The flat was spacious, immaculately clean (I’m pretty picky), and really comfortable. We enjoyed the provided coffee packs and supplies, appreciated the book of recommendations and information, and loved being right in town to walk to pretty much everything. Check in and check out processes were seamless, the stairs weren’t a problem for us (good workout!), and parking was easy and convenient. Amy was so easy to reach if we had any questions, and we could not have asked for a better place to stay in the are. Highly recommend!

Cute flat in small town near the bridge

The flat itself is very clean and well-decorated. It feels artistic but also cozy. It's located on one of the blocks adjacent to the one stoplight downtown, across from the courthouse. There's a few restaurants (and many shops) that easy to walk to. Overall, it was very quaint and quiet. Most importantly, the flat is fewer than ten minutes away from many hiking trails and the bridge itself. It's a great place to stay for a getaway. One minor note is that we found the bed to be a bit small (maybe it's a full; I'm used to a queen) and the mattress a bit uncomfortable (it's not hard, but it's not plush). That may or may not make a difference for you.

Beautiful unit in a great location where you can walk to shops and restaurants. It is also only a short 5 minutes drive to NRG National Park and white water rafting. Overall great stay at this location!

Anniversary Trip

This property could not have been better! The owners went the extra mile to provide for the comfort and happiness of their guests. We loved our flat ~ it was roomy, beautifully decorated and just a pleasant place to call home for a few days. The town of Fayetteville is charming and outdoor/nature activities abound.
