- Hot Tub – Available year‑round. Please shower before use.

- Security – Exterior cameras monitor the driveway & deck for safety; no cameras inside.
- Stairs & Rural Setting – Multiple steps and uneven terrain; may not suit guests with mobility limitations. Expect wildlife, insects & rural road noise.
