This property was a cozy respite for our move in weekend. Check-in was easy, with little touches like a QR code to make Wi-Fi access super easy. The kitchen was cute and functional, with the added bonus of coffee K-cups and condiments, hot chocolate, and oatmeal packets. There are some games available, and we played cards at the cozy dining table one night. The beds were comfortable, there was hot water and good water pressure, and the towels were very luxurious. We would stay again.

cozy, comfortable, and clean!

Our 2-night stay was fantastic! The beds are super comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked! The sofa was very cozy. the listing is exactly what you will get. communication was excellent. Don't hesitate to book.

Place was great. Very clean. Had everything we needed in kitchen , bathroom, laundry room. Easy walk to stadium . Only suggestion is hand towels in a blue or grey and or paper towel roll in bathrooms for drying hands after washing. Especially for women who wear makeup

Amazing location

We loved this house. It was perfect for the 3 couples that stayed. The house had wheelchair accessible entrance so that worked for us. It was a very clean house and I will definitely stay there again.

It was good.

It was clean and spacious. Door to backyard needs curtain or shade as it feels like you’re in a fishbowl at night. Couldn’t hang out in backyard as it wasn’t mowed and it shared a low fence with another house with large dogs.

Convenient to U of A Hogs baseball games

Very clean unit with everything we needed. Felt safe, and it was an easy drive to the U of A Hogs baseball games. We appreciated the cards in the games closet as we played cards during our last evening. We did not communicate with the owner as we did not need anything. The one thing that occurred during our stay was loud cars driving on a street near us, it almost sounded like drag racing during one of the nights. Unfortunately, it kept us up longer than we would have liked, but the owner cannot personally do anything about this issue. There was a short list of items to do before checking out, and we easily covered those items. Overall it met our needs for the long weekend!

Great house and super close to Mountain Bike trails

We were in town for the US Pro Cup mountain bike race at Centennial Park. To our delight, there was a trail head the street behind the house (Markham Trail) that actually connects into Centennial Park. House was nice and very responsive with questions. One item that would have been nice is access to use the garage (not available to renters). Overall great stay and would come back.

Comfortable and quiet

Very comfortable well laid out house that would work for 3 couples or a family. Quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes from downtown. Definitely will stay here on our next visit to Fayetteville.

Perfect house for our family to stay in over Thanksgiving!

Great location, such a clean home, awesome family sized couch and big screen TV and the kitchen table was nice and big for the five of us to gather for dinners! We will be back!

Great place to stay

This property is amazing. Very clean and in a really nice neighborhood. The neighbors were all very friendly and welcomed us considering we were riding normally loud Harley Davison motorcycles. I would definitely recommend staying here.
