  • 14 pristine acres with 2 stocked ponds in the middle of uptown Fayetteville off Joyce Blvd. The private drive off Joyce opens up to a secluded tree filled oasis that must be seen to be believed. Cedar and rock exterior that includes a large living area with 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, and approximately 4,500 square feet to relax inside while having an option to entertain outside.

Fantastic house for large groups! The property is beautiful with plenty of outdoor space to explore or have kids run around. Worked out perfect to host my daughter’s high school graduation party and for the grandparents from out of town, to have somewhere comfortable to stay. Would definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful time staying at Little Cedar! We needed to work from the residence during the day so had multiple devices on WIFI without any issues at all.

The kitchen is fabulous to cook in and is huge. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed staying at this home. The views of the lawn, water and woods are beautiful.

Beautiful setting! Allowed our family to be together for Thanksgiving. Plenty of room. Close to everything! Fishing and fun for everyone!

Lovely country feel, and still close to everything! We were very impressed with the size of the venue, inside and out. Location was great! Very roomy, and perfect for a large family. Only had a couple of tubs that had some hair, and a few tiny, woodsy outdoor bugs in them. (Not a big deal). I would only recommend bringing your own OFF spray for outdoor type pests if you plan to use the ponds for fishing in Spring and Summer. 9.5 out of 10 for place to relax and unwind.

Family time

Lovely location in Fayetteville. So private and yet in town. It was close to attractions and eating places as well as having fishing within walking distance.

Perfect Get Away

Great property that made us feel out in the country, yet super close to campus, stores, and restaurants. Fantastic house with more than enough room for the 8 of us. Would definitely stay again!

The home is on a beautiful property. We enjoyed walking around to explore and saw deer. The layout is spacious and fit well for our needs. They had all we needed in terms of towels, toilet paper and paper towels. The snack basket was a sweet touch. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Game weekend

We stayed for a long weekend. The property is a hidden gem that slept our group perfectly and we were able to entertain with ease!! I would highly recommend Little Cedar to anyone!

Great place

We were in town for the Tx Arkansas game. Location was so peaceful and quiet. Early morning walks with coffee set it off. Accommodations were excellent

One of the best places

This was an amazing place. Beautiful all around. Loved the house layout. The property was absolutely wonderful. Enjoy fishing with the kids. Caught plenty. Would love to come back

Beautiful place!

This home is an amazing, peaceful getaway in the middle of town. We watched deer chase each other in front yard. Plenty of room for 4 couples, plus our college visited us for the afternoon. Can’t wait to book another stay.

There was plenty of space. The rooms were large and well furnished. Six of us had plenty of space. We sat on the porch every day. We made several trips to town, which wasn’t far. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Property!

We were celebrating my daughter’s graduation from college and it could not have been a better home. Huge acreage with massive yard, pond and gazebo. The house was perfect for our 8 adults. We would absolutely rent again our next visit to Fayetteville.

This was a perfect house for us! We had a wedding at Botanical Garden of the Ozark, which was only 5 minutes away. We were able to all stay together and enjoy the time. 2 children, ages 4 and 6, were able to play in the spacious yard and ride their bikes in the drive. The house contact person was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. When we needed light bulbs, she was easy to contact and had the bulbs to the house very quickly.

Razorback Football Game

This property is so wonderful, hiding in plain sight! Secluded but close to everything. Quiet and comfortable! Can’t wait to get back there one day soon! Hopefully it will be available. Host was extremely easy to deal with. Thanks for everything!

Great property, very comfortable and private. We had two mechanical issues with upstairs ac and kitchen hot water. Both were addressed promptly.

Backyard wedding

We rented this place and had a wedding in the back yard. It was an amazing weekend! There is so much to do around the property.. fishing, walking, exploring. The kids loved it and so did the wedding guests. Would recommend to anyone!! Outside areas (gazebo and parts of the fence) could use a bit of updating due to rotting wood but overall amazing!!
