Excellent holiday experience

We had a great stay at Keats Retreat. The property was as listed, very clean, easy check in and check out and very responsive hosts. I am adding more information because I read reviews to find out more when deciding on properties. An earlier review mentioned there is not a dining room table. This is accurate. At a different time of year, it would be possible to use the outside seating area and an inside dining table would not be necessary. Unfortunately the weather was not ideal for outdoor use while we were there. The kitchen was well appointed with items for cooking, however, it was difficult to have adequate space with people sitting at the counter. The reason we chose the property was for the fenced in yard. That lived up to expectations. We have a large dog and being able to allow him to go outside when he wanted and not have to worry or have him on a leash was perfect. The neighborhood was lovely for our daily walk and we also visited the nearby Iams Dog Park and walked around Lake Fayetteville, parking at Veterans Memorial Park. The appeal for us was four separate bedrooms with three full bathrooms, fully fenced in yard, and nice walkable neighborhood. It was crowded in the living area with young kids and so many adults but the listing was accurate. We appreciated being able to spend the holiday with our family.

Enjoyed time with family in Fayetteville . House had plenty of rooms /bathrooms would have been nice to have carpets spot cleaned prior to guests as old stains were noticed throughout the upstairs . My husband fixed the vacuum cleaner as it didn’t have any suction , the smoke detector upstairs “ chirped “ all night with low battery and the coil in the AC condensor in the yard was all corroded from dog urine . The neighborhood was quiet for the most part .

Razorback Move-in Trip

My family had a great stay in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The house was very nice. We had lots of space. The kids had a yard to play in and throw the football. The patio area was nice. There was a tv in every room with extra towels and linen. The bathrooms were equip with body wash, shampoo/conditioner, extra tissue, and rugs. The house had big walk-in closets with hangers, extra blankets and pillows. The accommodations were outstanding. I like to stay at a house when I travel with my family (children and grandchildren) usually 6-8 people. I appreciate not having on the first to go to the store for tissue, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, coffee, soap, or washing/buying towels. The extras were very nice! I would highly recommend this property!

Quiet neighborhood

This is a ideal location. Our check in process was a little trouble since they gave us a the wrong code. We had a quick response. But I do suggest you put a code for the front door. The only way of getting in the house was through the garage and since we had issues with the garage opener, we couldn’t get in the house. they responded very quickly. We thought it was the battery to the garage opener but I think the whole time it was because they gave us the wrong code. Other than that the location is great. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. The only negative I have to say is there not a table and chairs there is only three barstools, so if you had more than three or four people, there wasn’t really a place to eat. It was OK because it was just my son and I but I can see where it would be an issue for eating. The kitchen was well stocked. The house is very clean and neat. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay there again if it was just three or four of us.
