"This was a great property for our family (with small kids and a dog) for a long weekend to New River Gorge NP. The house was well equipped for us all. The kitchen had all the basics needed, a small charcoal grill on the deck, a firepit with firewood, a restaurant style highchair for our 1yr old, basketball game and foosball table for the 5yr old, basic supplies like dishsoap, laundry soap, papertowels, tp and whatnot. "The owner never sent me the door code. I arrived at 5pm (check-in is at 3pm) and realized I had not received arrival instructions so I tried contacting him with no success. I spent about an hour on the front porch trying to figure out what to do. VRBO care team was trying to reach him by phone and never got an answer. The care team was very helpful —they ultimately had to refund me and I ended up at an area hotel instead. "
